Welcome to Shores of Panama 1117. This stunning 2 bed 2 bath condo is perfect for a small family vacation or private getaway. Unwind with soft sunset hues displayed throughout the condo encasing the gorgeous 11th floor gulf views. The XL balcony is perfect for lounging with your favorite beverage while you take in the evening sunsets. The kitchen offers plenty of prep space for making a scrumptious meal and an eat-in bar that seats 6 guests. Relax in the living room while enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. The master bedroom offers amazing gulf views from the king bed, a flat screen TV, and en suite. A bunk room is perfect for children as it provides a twin-over-twin bunk, there is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer in the 2nd bathroom and parking located outside of the condo. Come start making memories at Shoes of Panama 1117 that will last a lifetime.

Due to exterior building renovations, the balcony for this unit may be temporarily closed to be accessed for exterior wall construction from December through February 2025. During this time, you may experience noise or minor disruptions. Please note that construction will pause from March 2025 through September 2025 and will resume in September 2025.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool, and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk set up in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6 pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to bicycles and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. A helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, and ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
