Welcome to Shores of Panama 1313. This spectacular 13th-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for a small family vacation or private getaway. The master bedroom offers amazing Gulf views from the king bed. A bunk room provides a twin-over-twin bunk, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen offers those same amazing views all while preparing your favorite meal and has an eat-at bar. The XL balcony is perfect for lounging with your favorite beverage while you take in the evening sunsets while the living room is perfect for enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. Enjoy convenient parking outside of the condo. Let the view coax you downstairs and spend your days in the sand, soaking up the warm sunshine.

Due to exterior building renovations, the balcony for this unit may be temporarily closed to be accessed for exterior wall construction from September through December 21, 2024. During this time, you may experience noise or minor disruptions. Please note that construction will pause from March 2025 through September 2025 and will resume in September 2025.

Transitioning from Wolfgang Puck’s prestigious catering company, Guillermo’s culinary evolution reflects the invaluable tutelage of great chefs and underscores his proven character. Guillermo has also worked as a personal chef and opened his food truck Dovalina’s Famous Wood Fired Pizza.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Important note: Parking passes and wristbands will be in your unit upon arrival. The number of wristbands and parking passes left in your unit are unit specific. No additional parking passes or wristbands are permitted. This unit will have (1 Parking pass and 6 wristbands.) Parking passes will need to be displayed in your vehicle and wrist bands worn at all times throughout the property. **


Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two the tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk set up in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6 pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to bicycles and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. A helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, and ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
