We got in late and had some trouble accessing the building We called for assistance and they promptly returned our call and provided the assistance we needed. We were fortunate that we had terrific can driver who stayed with us until we gained access. The condo was very nice, well stocked and fantastic views. The location was great. Arrived around 11:30 pm and had trouble accessing the building but called for assistance and RealJoy promptly responded. We were fortunate to have a fantastic cab driver who stayed with us until we could get in the building. Once we got in everything was fine. I have stayed at silver beach towers for over 9 times in the last 10 years. I never had a bad experiece. I did mention a few things to Real Joy vacation the managers that they need to tend to. as always it went to fast and until next time

Amazing upgrades were made to flooring, kitchen and master bath since we booked. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and toys in closet. Our time was so memorable! The beach services ended Oct 31, but we were delighted by the cabanas on sand that we could use. Heated pool and hot tub were so great! Only 2 complaints: - locks on sliding doors outside. We had to try and try repeatedly to lock them. Funky lock. -Master bathroom toilet room pocket door is hard to open if solo in bathroom it traps you. Scary! Needed a handle to slide it back open.

The magnificent views, the cleanliness, the 2 pools, and the beach accessibility with umbrellas and chairs—all wonderful. Just be prepared to bring certain necessities—toilet paper, paper towels, soap, beach towels, etc. The supplies you’d expect are very sparse and run out almost immediately. Other than that, you’re in for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Our first visit to Destin was wonderful. The view was amazing and the condo clean & comfortable. Pictures and amenities were communicated to us well in advance so we knew what to expect and what to bring or buy. We appreciated being able to reserve our daily spot on the beach in advance and that it was included with our condo. Our only complaint would be having to go off-site first to check-in. Checkout was a breeze, though. Overall we would highly recommend this vacation spot.

This condo is AMAZING!!! It's just as nice in person as in the photos. Beautiful, clean, amazing 12th floor views and has everything you need. We only used the master bedroom. The bed was very comfortable as is but there is also a memory foam topper in the closet if you want one. The pools, spas and private beach are beautiful too and it was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We did not want to leave! The people at Real Joy are just as amazing - great communication before our arrival as well as follow up with us during our stay. Be sure to swing by their office (right down the street) before you arrive to pick up the key fobs which get you in the building and also open the parking garage door. They are in a lockbox in their lobby with your name on it so you can still get them after business hours. The condo is in a nice central location in Destin and it was also nice to be within walking distance to The Back Porch - our favorite restaurant in Destin. This is hands down the absolute nicest place we have ever stayed at while traveling!

The location was phenomenal! Loved the view from the balcony. The pictures of this listing are accurate and we were super pleased from the moment we opened the door. The security of the facility was good and access to the beach was quite convenient. Safety of covid was posted visibly and seemed to be adhered to by guests. Facility was very well up kept: pool, lawn, building inside and outside. Will certainly look forward to our next stay here! I believe having access to the fob keys being on the facility would be more convenient, especially for elderly people staying. Having to go to another location is slightly inconvenient. Directions and explanations in emails could be a little more explanatory when it comes to what the fob keys are for, where parking passes will be, etc. As for the facility itself, the sofa bed could have an updated mattress. Was uncomfortable for our guest sleeping on it. Check in and check out times seem unrealistic for this type of lavish facility in my opinion. Doesn't really give the full extent of stay for those that can only stay a short amount of time. Understand cleaning needs adequate time.

This condo is great and very well maintained. Our family enjoyed our stay! Only things we noticed during our visit was ceiling fan in master bedroom was so noisy that we couldn’t use it; TV in other bedroom didn’t work; mattress is master bedroom was so loud. Couldn't sit/lay on it without waking the dead. All that aside, wonderful condo. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time! This condo is amazing with breathtaking views! We had a small hiccup in that the fobs were not in the lockbox like they were supposed to be and instead left in the unit so we had to have someone meet us over at the condo to get them in order for us to access the garage and the building. Other than that everything was great! I loved being able to wash all the towels and our laundry so that when we came home we had clean clothes ready to be unpacked and put away. There were sand toys provided and some board games as well. Rhe access to the beach was great, especially with 3 young kids. I do hope they consider updating the mattresses soon because they were very loud. Every time you roll over you hear it! But it didn't ruin waking up and having a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching that beautiful blue water and listening to the sound of the waves! We would definitely return to this condo in the future!
