There’s a king master suite with a private bathroom plus an antique vanity and mirror. Additionally, there is a guest room with a queen bed, a twin bunk room, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 8 guests. As an added bonus, all bedrooms and the living room have wall-mounted flatscreen TVs! When you're not enjoying the easy beach access, read a book in the hammock, grill up your fresh catch, or chill in a rocking chair on the front porch. This coveted community is close to favorite local restaurants like Pompano Joe’s and Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill, and some of the best shopping in the area. Frangista Beach is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Frangista Beach is the perfect choice for your next beach vacation!

To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Frangista Beach is located less than 2 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location! Beautiful comfortable home, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Well equipped with all we needed for eating in. There are a few beach chairs and umbrella in a storage space on the front porch, but we brought our own and didn’t have to use. 3 bikes on the porch, but we didn’t get to use. Short walk to the beach. Great communication. Loved the code access instead of key. Plenty of towels. Close to shopping and great dining. No issues at all. We will stay here again!- Posted: 6/21/2024

The house was perfect for our family of 5! Easy checkin/checkout. We loved not having to keep up with a key to get in the house. Very clean and lots of room inside. We loved having rocking chairs on the porch and a grill in the back! Close enough to walk to the beach and to grab your morning coffee at Badass Coffee House. We had a great time on the beach in the mornings and even though we caught a bit of a Tropical Storm, we had a great place to stay out of the rain! Graduation getaway

I would rent this again. Beautiful home.
This property is in a really good, quiet area. There were zero problems with noise at night.(there was even a rooftop party across the street that we hardly even noticed. They were very respectful of the noise level.)It is a very handy location to walk to the beach, or to Alvin’s Island to shop. Don’t miss the ice cream shop right next to Alvin’s! There’s a coffee shop, DQ close by as well. In reference to an earlier review that said they needed to update the technology, here is what I gathered...the TVs are old enough that you cannot stream shows wirelessly. They need hard wired internet. (They only have WiFi)That being said, bring a Roku or WiFi compatible laptop or expect to not watch anything if you’re staying in. (unless it’s dvds) The cable channels provided are very basic and won’t help you in your quest to watch a preferred show. You will need everything, down to the spices and condiments to cook if you choose to do so. You will need to buy shampoo if you take more than a couple showers. They are sample size. If you have frizzy hair, just bring your own. My hair really suffered with the provided conditioner. Also bring laundry detergent. The beach access we used had chairs and umbrellas set up on the nice days. There were a couple problems , but the property managers really did a great job to resolve the issues. They also followed up with a phone call on my personal message with them.(which I did appreciate) Rent the place if you get a chance! You won’t regret it.- Posted: 4/18/2021

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping leaves a limited amount (starters) of such items as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. Due to food safety reasons, condiments, spices, coffee, coffee filters, etc. are not provided. Guests must provide any additional products needed for/during their stay. Perfect family get away close to the beach.

It was very clean and spacious inside. The master shower was amazing but the beds were too firm for our taste. The back door doesn’t shut completely and the neighborhood got a little rowdy. The backyard is smaller than we expected but it was still lovely, as was the large covered porch in the front. We left beach chairs and coffee filters for future guests to enjoy. Great location, easy walk to the beach. We have a two year old and the house was appropriate for a toddler, the fenced in yard was nice for him to play him.
Towels are provided, but not beach towels, so we had to go buy some.
If you plan on cooking, pots, pans, and utensils are provided, but nothing else (coffee filters, salt, pepper, oil, etc) so make sure you bring everything!

Perfect location
This house was just the right size for our family and very close to the beach. The beach access was convenient but it was not handicap accessible which made it a little challenging to get to the beach. But overall was a great beach location.
