RealJoy is really a real joy. U will feel the joy as soon as u get to their place. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking, it was stunning and very relaxing. The place was very nice and clean. The master's bathroom has a big bath tub. King bed was comfy. It was perfect since I have a 2 year old. My 7 year old likes the bunk bed. We had a great family time.
The communication with the host was easy. They response in a timely manner.
We love the place and all the ameneties they offered. I will recommend realjoy to my friends and family. God bless you and we will surely come back again. Thank you!

Condo is located within the SPASH Resort. Excellent place for kids, lots of water activities and easy beach access.
Food and drinks available at hotel bar, but are a little pricey. Also, not ideal for those looking for bars/restaurants within walking distance.
All in all, I Would definitely stay here again, because of the great family atmosphere.

Perfect for our weekend getaway! Super comfy bed in master and the bunk beds were great for the kids. Amazing view from the balcony. Quick to respond for questions upon arrival and had no issues during our stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay. The condo was gorgeous. And the views were incredible. It was quiet, but not too quiet, and the beach location was perfect. The time flies too fast at the beach! I would definitely come back again.

We loved our stay at splash 1803! I was worried about the elevator wait times (based on other reviews), but it really wasn’t a problem. A few times we had to wait several minutes, but it wasn’t as drastic as other reviewers stated.
The view was fantastic and my family of 5 had plenty of space. The chairs on the balcony were very sturdy and comfortable. Communication was clear, just make sure you read the part about bringing extra : trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish scrubber, laundry soap. It was clearly communicated and it wasnt a big deal, plus I was fine to do that considering the value of the rental with such a great view.
The resort parking was fine and there is an air conditioned walkway from the second floor of garage which was great. If you get there after 5:00, no one will be there to give you parking pass and wrist bands but there is a sign saying to just come back down the next day so that is what we did. If you can’t find a spot on the second floor of garage (connected to walkway) look on the other floors bc there is an elevator that can take to to second floor to use walkway. The second floor of garage will always be busy and we figured out this trick on our second day. There are also more luggage carts on other floors of garage as well! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Wonderful location, right on the beach. Parking is across the street and you have to transport to your housing via a sky bridge but not terrible at all. Huge Alvin’s Island right across the street for anything you may need to pickup (they have an ice cream parlor, too). The pools were all nice, splash pad was a nice option for the younger kids especially as a way to get out of the sun.

Had a great time with the family. No complaints about the room. Great view. Great combo of beach time and pool time. The kids had a great time in the splash pad area. Nice area for infants and 3 larger swimming areas for the older kids. Definitely going to check it out again for our next trip. Parking is across the street. Check in to get a wrist band and parking pass is a little confusing but not terrible. Had a blast.
