This unit was very clean and as described. It accommodated myself and three children perfectly. The one and only negative thing I can say is that the sofa severely needs replacing. The cushions are coming apart. The resort is great for kids and on the more quiet end of PCB.- Posted: 3/13/2025

Excellent !!!
This was our first trip to Panama City. We have used VRBO several times and have never been disappointed. When we decided to take this trip we knew where to start. Finding the “Splash Resort “was very exciting and 206E was a perfect fit for us. I absolutely loved entire reservation process with The Real Joy Reality. It was fast and very direct but super informative at the same time. The updates that we received up until the day we left were very helpful. Great condo with beautiful views
We had a wonderful stay with fun for the whole family. The location is great and right on the beach. With the condo on the third floor (first floor is the lobby) taking the stairs was a great option when we didn’t want to wait for the elevator. The only inconvenience we dealt with was the washer/dryer. When we washed our clothes they left a mildew smell and we had to rewash our clothes when we got home. Other than this inconvenience, the rest of the condo was clean and the staff was very friendly and inviting.- Posted: 7/5/2024

It was amazing! Loved the splash pad and pool feature! My daughter loved it! A few things though, the check in was odd because the check in desk closes at 4pm and you can't check in until 4pm. We hunted down security to make sure we wouldn't get towed. Secondly, it's advertised as no chairs or umbrellas included and so we bought our own. The very last day another splash family informed us they were told their last day by the Cabana Boy that they are complimentary. That would have been nice to be included in the email. Great Condo
The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. Super easy access to the beach and the included chair service was a great amenity. Also the kids loved playing down in the waterpark on the ground level. We would definitely stay here again.- Posted: 5/10/2024

PROS :
The condo was lovely and the photographs are accurate. Check-in was easy and the balcony view was breathtaking! The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool. The beach chairs and umbrella were amazing and on the first row right in front of the water. My 12-year-old daughter and friend had the BEST time! They were old enough to have their own wristbands and loved grabbing a donut downstairs without supervision. They would sit at the tables in the lobby overlooking the lazy river and beach like little grown ladies :)
Cons:
master bathtub was missing both a drain plug and the metal covering that sits above the "overflow" line so it had black buildup, later I found the cover hidden in a basket in the bathroom but had no tools to fix it. The Garbage disposal hardly works. NO hot pads to get food out of the oven so bring your own and as others said, Be prepared to wait for an elevator at checkout

The condo was exactly as described, clean & well stocked. This was our 2nd time coming to splash, as our girls (4 & 11) have more than enough to do! Normally we attempt to stay on a higher level but staying only on the 2nd floor still gave us enough height for a beautiful view but was also close enough to the lobby level that it wasn’t a hassle having to wait for the elevators. 10/10 recommend!- Posted: 6/8/2023
