Stay #2 here at 207E. The views are amazing, the condo comes with everything you need, and the resort amenities are great. Most everything is just a 10 minute drive away.
Our last stay here was in September and the weather, ocean temperature, and pool temperature were perfect. This time around in March (as expected), the kids spent more time in the hot tub than anything else. The pools are heated but can still be chilly. Overall it was another great experience. I’m sure we will be back again!

This was perfect for our family. The double king master bedrooms, both with balcony access, was perfect. The bunk bed with the trundle was perfect for the toddler! Exceptionally clean. Absolutely would recommend!!

Loved this place! The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 8. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The only somewhat downside of the stay was the elevator wait, but nothing to crazy we couldn't handle. All in all, i would stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in a lot of condos and this is the first one that we've not had to re-wash the dishes. We've learned to bring our own paring knife and large skillet but it wasn't necessary here since the kitchen was well stocked. As other reviews mentioned, the elevator can be slow but we really didn't have any issues except on Saturday during check in time. Being on the second floor, the stairs were easy. The only negatives we had for this condo were that the internet was terrible, the kids couldn't do their gaming and phones struggled as well. The other issue was that the shower needs some sort of grab bar, as well as a shelf. The shower floor gets very slick and without anything to hold on to, it was a little scary at times. Having a shelf for shampoo/conditioner, etc. would be nice as well. The tiny soap shelf is not sufficient. The furniture and beds were very comfortable! Having 2 master suites was very nice and the bunk area was a hit with the teens. I was a little worried about booking a condo with RealJoy since we've always dealt directly with owners but it all went smooth and they were good to answer texts right away. They were very easy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future. The included beach service was very nice and the water/beaches were fantastic. The pools were never crowded (except the hot tub which was always full of kids). It was an overall wonderful stay for our family and highly recommended! Book it, you'll love it!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and we encountered no real issues. Having beach chairs included with the rental was a great deal. Also enjoyed the location, especially since the elevators are super slow this time of year. Being able to take the stairs was a plus. Thank goodness the main pool was heated because we had some cold/windy days during our stay, so greatly appreciated. I would rent this space again. Only as a point of mentioning for the rental owners, some of the doors would not lock properly and two guests found the second bedroom mattress not to their comfort.

The property was large and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. We really enjoyed the oversized balcony and the large rooms. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a door that closed of the toilet from the rest of the bathroom!

A great spot for the kids, heated pools, walk right down to the beach, jacuzzi, & the view is AMAZING! A family of 9, we had plenty of space. I will say finding where to enter the hotel was a little confusing at first but you drive to the parking garage & was easy to go from there. & loved that both rooms had the beach view!

The good:
1. The view was amazing. The second floor allows you to hear the ocean well but not too much noise from the people below at the pool.
2. They had everything in the kitchen from a crock pot to cookie sheets.
3. Everything was extremely spacious. With 5 kids and 3 adults, there was plenty of room.
4. Plenty of patio furniture for the adults.
5. Several pools, a hot tub, a lazy river, and the waterpark area kept the kids busy.
6. Overall it was fantastic, and the price was great.
Cons:
1. We had a crawling infant and he immediately was covered in dirt/dust when we arrived. Otherwise, the place was clean and in great condition!
We would be eager to book it again!

Place is great, view awesome,elevator sucks sometimes you wait for 20 minutes to get in not fun when you have stroller with twin kids and hallway doesn’t have air conditioner also even your door code is correct they dont tell you you have to do 4* before entering code they tell you this when you call its in their notes so i was probably not only one with issue luckily they were still working when we get there so someone answered the phone

Great location. The property is close to all the things to do in Panama City Beach. The beach was very close to the condo. The only access to the beach is a set of steps so if you are bringing a wagon, have a buddy to help you carry the wagon down the steps. The pools were great to visit after a day at the ocean.

This was our first vacation staying on the beach. We loved it! The location was fantastic. We sunburn easily so I loved the umbrellas already set up on the beach, the shaded pool area, and the comfortable patio on the condo. It was nice to be at the beach without burning!
The condo was clean and stayed cool. The beds are also really comfortable- best sleep I've had on vacation! Elevators at the condo got really busy with a long wait at different times of day- especially check in or check out. This is on the 2nd floor and we are able bodied so the stairs were an easy solution for us.

Perfect for a large group. We had a group of 5 adults and 4 children with plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Our favorite part was that it was a corner room so it had a large balcony and the view stretched all the way to the pier. The only recommendation I would give is to bring a couple extra blanket sets if you plan to use the sleeper sofa or trundle bunk.

The property was more than I expected. The condo was very roomy which was really nice since we had children ages 5 to 11. The beds were comfortable and the outside balcony was amazing. My elderly parents loved the balcony since they could not go to ocean due to health issues. But they could see all of the great grandkids playing on the beach, which they loved. I would recommend this place. They are very family friendly. Lots for kids to do.

Great condo spacious and an awesome view. We had a great time except for the car accident that we had on our way that happened when we were only 40 minutes away and totaled our car. The only things that could be different about the rental would be the living room sliding door is to hard to slide can’t open had to use bedroom doors to go out on balcony. There is no curtains on the window in the bedroom and it is very bright with the morning sun very hard to sleep with the brightness. We were only left with half rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms when we arrived. Everything else was great! Hope to return some day!! Thank you!!

This was our 3rd time staying at Splash and most definitely our favorite trip so far! I read all the reviews prior to our trip and we did not have any issues with some of the things posted. I honestly don’t go in thinking a condo unit being used by numerous families through out the year is going to be in perfect condition. The condo was beautiful, just as described, and VERY clean when we arrived. Loved being on the 2nd floor and love that big corner balcony even more! RealJoy’s communication and information sent to us was great, very detailed, and also posted in the condo as well. We LOVE PCB and can’t wait to go back next year and would definitely use RealJoy Vacations again!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Very nice condo. Very clean. Spectacular views. Loved that it was on the corner and had a larger balcony, and that it was on the 2nd floor, so not too high up. It really was fantastic. The owner got back in touch within an hour when I had a question. All the staff at the resort were super friendly too. There were loads of great photo ops at this resort, and something for everyone. The big splash pad under the west tower was really cool, as well as the lazy river under the east tower. It’s right on the beach, and if you need beach supplies or souvenirs, there is a shop called Alvins Island next to the parking garage. So many places to eat, drink and shop within a 5 mile radius. Really a great place. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband, myself, our 2 children (ages 8 and 6), my parents and my grandmother stayed here comfortably. The beds and couch were comfy and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The balcony was very spacious and the seating on the balcony was nice. The view was perfect. We were a short drive from Pier Park and had no problems with traffic. We had an excellent, relaxing vacation and would gladly book this condo again!
