Great place to stay
The resort is in a great family friendly section of Panama City. The room was very clean and a great view of the ocean. The staff was very welcoming and anyone we came in contact with was super nice. The listing advertised an arcade but there is not one on the property.- Posted: 4/14/2025

My entire family can’t wait to come back! Loved it!
Really enjoyed the location. It’s away from the crazy traffic. Parking wasn’t bad at all. Loved the room. Was very family oriented. We would love to stay again in the same place and are already planning another visit. Only complaint was I wish both pools were heated and slightly warmer. Sea His Grace was perfection! The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding. Every morning felt like Christmas, being able to pull back the drapery and marvel at the beauty of Panama City Beach.
The location was also fantastic, conveniently situated near local attractions yet secluded enough to maintain a sense of tranquility. I enjoyed exploring St. Andrews State Park and took an exciting voyage on the SEASCREAMER (if you go, ask to ride with Capt. Garrett and First Mate Shane). Being alone, each day felt like an adventure, and I couldn't wait to return to the comforting embrace of the condo at the end of the day to enjoy the magical sunset.
If you're looking for a serene getaway with exceptional host company, look no further. I’m already dreaming about my next visit and counting down the days until I can experience the warmth of this beautiful beach and condo once again.

Best Vacation in a long time!!
This was my first trip solo with 5 kids and my sister stayed in another room with her 3 kids. 2 adults and 8 kids- I was terrified! Our room was amazing. It was the perfect fit for my family and there is so much space. We cooked in every meal and just enjoyed family time. There was an issue with the beach chairs and within an hour the rental company reached out and resolved it for us!! I highly recommend this unit!- Posted: 4/5/2024

Fall Break
The resort was exactly as described. We were there the week of October 8th and all amenities were open! Our unit provided two beach chairs and an umbrella for the week which was great (rental cost was $40 per day). Unit was exceptionally clean and space was perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. We really enjoyed our stay here! While the condominiums here in general are loud from both surrounding condos and the street outside, that’s not new or specific to this unit. The unit was clean and had all amenities listed. Any questions we had, RealJoy answered promptly and was always friendly. The resort itself is extremely busy so have patience for elevators but with this being on the 5th floor we were okay taking the stairs if needed! Beautiful Condo, perfect for small family or couple
Stayed for six nights for spring break with my husband, five year old, and one year old. The condo was exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful - we loved how thoughtfully it was decorated and that it fit the surroundings so well! The bunks in the entryway were an interesting challenge, but we made it work and when the kids were sleeping, my husband and I sat out on the amazing balcony and the white noise of the ocean kept sound from waking the kiddos. The property, Splash, was fantastic for kids - lots of pool options and having a coffee shop and pool bar on site was a nice perk. The beach was perfect, and thankfully this unit came with a couple of beach chairs - be sure to go down and reserve your chairs right away if you want to be in the front row! The appliances in the condo are all new and worked great (friends of ours staying in a different unit at Splash had older appliances and weren't as happy with their operation). We wished there were more restaurants/shops/sights within walking distance, but then again after driving through the busier parts of Panama City, we were glad to be on the quiet end of town. We would definitely return and encourage friends with littles to stay here as well - it was the best vacation we've had in a long time! something to note: -we didn't feel like there were enough pillows on the king bed... discovered as we were packing up the room that there were spare pillows in the bedroom closet... oops!- Posted: 3/31/2023

The resort is in a great family friendly section of Panama City. The room was very clean and a great view of the ocean. The staff was very welcoming and anyone we came in contact with was super nice. The listing advertised an arcade but there is not one on the property.- Posted: 4/14/2025
