One of the cleanest units at a beach we have ever rented! Excellent communication from day one, easy check-in / check-out, seamless and just perfect.
The unit is extremely large, has amazing views, and has everything you would need for your stay. We came into town to race, so we had a ton of gear (and bikes), and the entire process and stay was very easy, stress free, and very pleasant.
Highly recommend Real Joy and this unit. If you are coming into town for the Ironman race, it is walkable distance, luggage carts are available, nice pool, beach access, fast elevators, small shop in the lobby with essentials, and plenty of parking, etc. Great option, and it is on the bike course.

We had a wondeful time! A few of the dishes were not 100 percent clean but honestly I blame that on other guests just pulling things out of the dishwasher and putting things away without checking them. The property manager was very responsive and you cant beat the view. Location is great and its close to pier park but not on the crazy busy end of front beach. We had 8 people and slept comfortably. We would definitely want to stay again.

This location was nice. You had to wear arm strap to show you were supposed to be on property. View and sound of ocean was so relaxing. The security team was quick to respond to some loud music that was blasting from somewhere in the condominium complex at 930 pm. Really enjoyed our stay.

We decided 2 days before check in that we were going to the beach! This rental made the whole process easy. Rental agreement and parking was completed immediately online. No face to face check in was great since we didn’t arrive until very late. The condo was super nice with linens and a few extras included (dish washing liquid, paper towels and dishwasher pods). The only negatives to mention were the elevator being updated (we used the stairs some) and other guests smoking which allowed us to smell “skunk” while sitting on the balcony. If we go back to PCB, we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze. Loved the access to all the attractions and the beach! Our Washed didn’t work we called Management they had it fixed immediately!! I loved the Kitchen it was fully stocked, the only thing I would suggest is one or two more Kitchen towels, one just isn’t enough for the time we spent! Other than that we highly recommend it and would stay again!

It was right on the beach. For the most part the description it gives you is how it looks. That hallway where they put the bunkbeds at where the washer and dryer and hot water heater are is definitely not for adults. Even if there were single adults staying there. There isn’t a door up. Overall the condo is very well put together. I would stay there again.

This is a very nice place to stay. The condo was very roomy and clean. We had a few family meals so we enjoyed the dining table and stools at the counter. The patio chairs were excellent as well. Only suggestion for improvement would be to replace living area couch and chairs. They both have seen better days. Overall though a fantastic condo and we hope to rent again.

The condo was great clean every thing worked great. Was very disappointed we are not sand people. They shut the pool and hot tub down on Sunday an it didn't open back up until Wednesday. And we had to leave out on Thursday. Hope someone will contact me about that proplem.

This condo was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a short get away. Owner communicated well through their guest portal. The property (pool, beach, etc.) was nice and the staff (especially Felix at the bar) were friendly. Parking was good, but I didn't pay attention to the fact that their was an additional fee, payable upon arrival, of $43 to park. We were happy with the stay and would definitely recommend.

This condo is beautifully decorated…. From the pictures on the walls to the throw pillows on the beds. The view from the spacious 8th floor balcony was wonderful. A perfect height! Binoculars would have been nice to view the ships and birds off in the distance. The walk to the pier along the beach was a comfortable distance. Uber was easy and affordable to visit the Conservation Park and other sights in the area. Cheaper than a rental car. The sand at this beach was amazing! I’ve never experienced such soft, clean sand before. Overall, this was a wonderful beach vacation!

This is my second time staying in room 802, the view from the balcony is magnificent. This was the first time my family visited FLA, and they are already asking to plan next year vacation at your location. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for my family. Only one elevator worked in the building. I had three handicap family members, it was difficult for them to walk down the stairwell.

Condo is as described. Clean upon arrival. Facility was clean! pool was good. beach access was convenient! Kitchen had all necessary items to cook meals. Restaurants closed around 8pm, which was slightly inconvenient. Destin is a short drive away with options open later. Outside of beach zone, slightly sketchy. Would stay here again though if we chose PCB again.

We had a fun and good stay. We had two adults, one adult child, and four teenagers. The location to Pier Park was of the upmost importance to us during our stay. Sterling Breeze was a perfect location. Everything is pretty centralized in Sterling Breeze so you don't have to do a ton of walking to get to the beach, pool, parking lot, street! Plenty of parking and for safety a sky bridge to walk across to the parking lot. As far as the unit, it is nicely decorated and the furniture all seemed to be in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decent size. In the future for our crew, we would probably upgrade to a 3 bedroom unit! The bunk beds are probably better fit for younger kids who can have their suitcases in their parents room. We had two teenagers with their suitcases in that area and it was a tight fit but they made it work! Having a working washer & dryer was such a nice feature. The kitchen is set up nicely and there is plenty of room to move around in the kitchen. Everything you would need to cook/drink/etc is available in the kitchen. The deck is spacious and has heavy duty chairs and tables. Plenty of places to hang out with friends and family and have a good time enjoying the gulf breeze. I was concerned with the elevators from other reviews. However, we didn't have much issue except on check out day but there are lots of people using the elevator with carts and luggage so it does make it difficult. Also note the listing does not include any beach chairs or towels so you will have to pack your own. I knew this from the listing but sometimes you are surprised when you get to the location and they have those items anyway. Working with Real Joy was very easy! Everything is electronic and our room was ready when promised. A few cons: Grill did not work but it was our second to last day and we didn't want to deal with the hassle of a repairperson. Fee to park was different than on the listing but it also included the wrist bands so I think it ended up being cheaper. Master shower is set up so you have to get sprayed to turn it on - brrrr!!! I don't think there is a fix to that at this point but something for people to think about when you are designing a shower! We would definitely stay at Sterling Breeze again but probably rent a larger unit for our family. I would recommend this unit as it was very nice. Working with Real Joy was easy and nice!

The resort is very nice! The condo is beautiful and decorated very nicely. There were some cleanliness issues: neither of the toilets were clean so we cleaned them as soon as we arrived, one of the bathroom vanities had not been wiped off, there was old pieces of soap in one of the showers, some trash was left on the balcony. Although this didn’t at all affect our good time, I feel it should be brought to your attention. The only other issue was one elevator broke on our second day and was never repaired during our stay.

Pros- Great location right on the water. Gorgeous oceanfront view. Space is comfortable and so are the beds. Everything was very clean. Close to Pier Park and lots of shopping and restaurants.
Cons - parking is across the street, via a skybridge, and you have to wait in line to purchase a parking pass and get wristbands. Luggage carts were available to help move your bags. Pool is very nice, but is long and narrow, and there is very limited seating in that area - only 2-4 lounge chairs tops, and a few regular upright chairs. Pool bar closes at 4 PM, which is inconvenient.
