The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Summer Breeze 203 provides a seasonally heated community pool, convenient beach access just across the street, and a spacious deck for grilling and picnicking. Summer Breeze Condominiums has beach access right across the street, a gorgeous pool, a spacious deck for grilling and picnicking, wireless internet, and coin-operated washers and dryers. Summer Breeze is located in the heart of Miramar Beach, so the entertainment opportunities are virtually endless! Outdoor malls, movie theaters, hundreds of eateries, arcades, and award-winning golf courses are all just minutes away.

Area Attractions: 

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Extremely clean with a perfect location.

We have been staying at Summer Breeze Condominiums every year for the last 10 years and 203 was the best condominium thus far. It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. It is clean, up to date furniture, comfortable beds and decorated so cute. They maximize all the space including two bathrooms and only steps from the beach. The pool and hot tub was very clean. We will definitely be staying there again.

We have stayed at Summer Breeze Condos for the last 10 years. This condo by far has been the best. Decorated cute, had up to date furniture. Comfy beds, two bath rooms, all the kitchen wear needed and a washer and dryer. The pool and hot tub was clean, with all the improvements that was done on the balconies last year. Most of all across the street from the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful
It was clean and great location. Balcony looked directly into pool so kids could easily be seen. A short walk across the street to the beach. Gorgeous views. A unique and cute place. We really enjoyed it. Everything was great. Only recommedation is to get a dust pan for the broom so we can sweep up the sand. It is a minor thing but felt bad leaving sand behind. The sweeper did not work and could not find a charger to sweep. I would not discredit the stay for this because it was awesome.

Can't beat the location across the street from the beach. The condo was on the smaller side but beautifully renovated to make the most of the space. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there and had a great stay.
