Located on the east side of Panama City Beach this unit is beautifully decorated and perfect for your next vacation to the Emerald Coast! In the master bedroom you will find a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 full size beds and for extra sleeping room you will find a sleeper sofa in the living room! This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests! It is minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Overall great experience will be back again.
Location was great. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and spacious. Wifi password was given at arrival. Great experience. Will be back next year or fall break. Only issue we had was elevator was broke upon arrival. But they got it fixed before we were ready to go to the beach that evening.- Posted: 7/6/2024

We really enjoyed our stay at SummerHouse. The balcony has a great view, and gets morning shade, which is great for us, as we like morning shade, as we go to the beach in the afternoon. Place was clean, and when we had a hiccup with the AC one morning, they were super responsive and took care of it right away! We would definitely stay again!- Posted: 10/2/2022

Thank you so much we loved staying here! The view was amazing, the place was very clean and spacious! The beds were comfy…. They responded quickly if I had to message them…. We stayed two weeks and it was perfect….. so glad it had a washer n dryer in it so we was able to wash clothes without having to take dirty clothes home! It has everything you need! Great condo and location for families. Nice staff from the moment we checked in and were very helpful to my elderly parents. I read reviews of elevators being slow at certain locations, but even being on the 10th floor we never had any issues and never waited. The condos also had a manager's reception, live music, and a movie night by the pool and other events during the week. Be sure to check the calendar upon arrival. The beaches were not crowded in the area, which was a big plus in my book. All in all, a great place to stay in PCB.- Posted: 6/29/2022

This place was awesome. We woke up every morning to an amazing view of the ocean and white sand. Watching the sunset over the gulf every night from our balcony was delightful.
