My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the summerhouse! It was exactly like the photos and description! There was plenty of space for 5 kids to have fun and still give the 2 adults room to relax. The location was the best part for me with direct access to the pool and to the beach from the pool area! This was perfect when it came time to clean sand off of everyone! Any questions I had were immediately answered!
We will be staying here on our next beach trip!

This condo was amazing, the view and access to the pool and beach was worth the cost! My family loved this room and our stay. The staff at The Summer House staff was rude and more worried to kick someone out if visitors did not follow their rules than treating the place like a vacation spot. Daily crew did not care if you were walking on the path, but continued to blow off the sidewalks while we were on it. Dumpster was always a mess and little care from the property team. If it was not for the condo and access to the pool and beach, this review would be a negative one.

Loved the condo so much! This is by far my favorite room at the summerhouse. The check in and check out was a breeze. The room itself is so pretty and you can’t beat being on the first floor being able to walk straight off the balcony to the pools and beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this condo- we have always stayed at the Summerhouse when we go to PCB, however this is by far the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Being on the first floor is so nice, it was great with having a little one and being able to walk right out to pools and the beach. You are near all of the great restaurants and the traffic is so much better on that end of the beach. Renting through this host was fantastic- they were so incredibly responsive. I was just thrilled overall with our experience and can’t wait to come back.

Second time staying. Was just as pleasant as the first time. Clean & spacious. Love that it’s on the first floor with wrap around balcony. If you’re a smoker, smoking area is right by the condo which was a plus for me because I didn’t have to walk far at all

This home looked exactly like the photos. From the moment we stepped in the door, you could see the beautiful beach. This home is literally steps to the ocean and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The first floor was super easy to get to, and had a fantastic view of the beach. We had a fabulous trip! Real Joy did an awesome job of answering all my questions about the condo, they got me a little later check out and even brought an ironing board and iron to us. Matt and Sheryl were so very helpful, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. ? The only issue we had was that the condo didn’t get any advance notice of our arrival, which they were not happy about. Definitely didn’t get a warm welcome because of it but they warmed up to us afterwards. ??

The condo was fabulous!! It exceeded our expectations!
Thought there was only a coffee maker but they ended up having a Keurig too. Said there was NO blow dryer but there was one in the drawer. Needed an iron and ironing board and Real Joy had one delivered the next morning. Asked for a little later check out and Real Joy made it happen! They were very responsive and helpful in every way. Answered every question we had. Matt and Sheryl went above and beyond. We really appreciated their efforts.

NEGATIVES: Two cockroaches while we were there, ice machine didn’t work most of the time, motion sensor kitchen faucet was a pain, TV had significant lag, smoke alarm would go off at the slightest bit of smoke.
POSITIVES: None of the negatives I listed really significantly detracted from this place, which was truly amazing. Bedding was great. Place was clean and modern. Panoramic view was beautiful. Especially for the price (I rented in October though). We loved this place. Felt like we had the whole place/beach to ourselves in October.

Our stay was very peaceful and roomy. The view from inside is absolutely breathtaking from all the rooms!! The convenience of being able to walk out on the patio and straight to the beach was amazing! The chalk wall kept the kiddos entertained. The whole condo was decorated just perfect! We had plenty of seats for all eight of us to hang out in the living room. We cooked in three of the five nights and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kiddo’s plates, cups and forks were great to have. We completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Room just needs deep cleaned pretty bad. We cleaned under the couches and the showers/tub ourselves ?
Our little one had a blast we didnt even use the pool or anything. You can easily bypass pools since you have your own little path to get to the beach. Beach is very clean and water is clear.

It does not get better than this, easy beach access, park almost in front of your condo which means no elevators/ stairs.
The condo is beautifully decorated & clean, with a wrap around balcony for a perfect view of the water. We will be back for a third time!!

The views are amazing and the condo is beautifully updated! We loved the private gate access to the pool area and ocean. It would have been nice to have access to a free large ice machine. They have actual shopping carts to help unload groceries along with luggage carts. Past reviews complained of roaches. I’m a country girl and came prepared and sprayed but there was NOT a roach problem at all. There are the ones outside you will see randomly running at night in the environment (outside by pool/hot tub, sidewalk areas). We loved the 1st floor wrap around. One relative is disabled and there was a beach wheelchair available. The location was also perfect for this family member due to the amazing views they were able to enjoy from inside the condo and also sit outside on the balcony. 10 out of 10 I would totally recommend!!
Being extra I would say there was light mold in the showers, the kitchen bowels had cracks, and I’m use to having cooking seasonings and more cleaning supplies avail.

Been to Panama City Beach multiple times, by far this place has been my favorite, directly on the beach, you can actually hear the waves on the beach from the bedroom, beautiful location, plan to stay here again in the future if it’s available. Terrific location in relation to beach & pool access! Beautiful breeze on the deck during warm nights really made for enjoyable evenings. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bike to many others so as a family of 5 that was very important. We'd absolutely stay here again.

This is an awesome place to stay. It is in a great location and also has great access to the private beach area and the pool area with a wraparound balcony that presents a lot of pretty views from the condominium. It accommodated my family greatly we had seven guests and we were all very comfortable staying in this condominium. The summer house had a lot of activities to offer people that were staying there. I would definitely book this condominium again everyone was great to work with and the place was awesome.

This is by far the best place I've stayed in Panama City. We had everything we needed, the furniture is all very comfortable, and everything is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The wrap-around balcony right on the beach is incredible, and we loved being able to walk right off the balcony steps out to the pool area. We have a young child, so being on the first floor made it very easy to come and go with all of our stuff. We are already looking at dates to come back again.

I really enjoyed my visit to the beach in this condo. There was 6 of us and it accommodated all of our needs except that that it needed were more pots & pans to cook with.
