This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome comfortably sleeps four guests and features new king and queen mattresses with updated frames. Just a short stroll from the sugar-white sand beaches, the first level offers a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up a delicious meal, along with an open living and dining area featuring seating for everyone with four chairs at the dining table and four bar stools at the breakfast bar, plus a convenient half bath. Step outside to the private ground-floor patio complete with a table, chairs, and a newer electric barbecue grill—perfect for outdoor dining after a day in the sun. Unlike many condominiums, Summerhouse #2 also opens to a grassy courtyard, giving kids a great place to play while making it easy for parents to watch. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and its own balcony, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and access to another full bathroom, making Summerhouse #2 an ideal spot for your next Miramar Beach escape.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Excellent communication, cleanliness, & convenience. Highly recommend this condo! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, & most importantly the beach. Love the layout w/ kitchen & living room downstairs & bedrooms on second floor (easy to get ready in the morning without waking everyone). Very quiet condo community w/ parking mere feet from the front door. 5 Stars!

Well, the actuality of being able to easily communicate with management was a Complete Plus!! They were quick to respond and assist with any questions or concerns i had . Just that alone was Amazing. They unit we stayed in was Overly Stocked with Any And All essentials u would need on a family vacation. All you need is a little clothes and provide your own food , literally. Great Townhome super close to beach

Great stay!

Owner great to communicate with! So easy to check in since you just have a code. We were right beside Alvin’s and just had to walk up the street to enter the beach and Pompano Joes is just a little farther. Awesome location because you can get food and drinks on the beach if you don’t want to go back to your room to eat. Loved that the bedrooms were carpeted instead of tile floors like so many condos now. If you feel the need to clean, plenty of supplies available. One shower door could have been cleaner and I let owner know and she was very apologetic and was going to address with her cleaning staff. Really great time and great place to stay!

Excellent Miramar Beach rental

We stayed a week at this affordable townhome that was near the beach and was in a complex with a pool. Driving up and parking was easy with 2 parking spaces included outside the door. My spouse and I brought our 3 kids. There were 2 bedrooms with an available blow up mattress. Towels and bedding were included with many kitchen amenities/dishes. Blow up toys and boogie boards were available. The pool area was nice and rarely had others using the pool. The deck and patio are next to a nice large grassy area which I had not seen at any other homes in the area. While the rental has some wear and tear that was expected, there were many things we were glad to have. The owner was responsive to questions and concerns. A washer and dryer with a dishwasher made our stay easier as well. We will recommend this unit to our friends and family. We were trying to take a vacation in which we could be conscious of COVID risks and this place allowed us to easily eat our own food or bring pickup orders there.

other than rain and fog, which no one could change, everything was wonderful.

It was spring break, which I did not know. The college kids were not loud at night, and were not running like the crazies you see on the news. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone. It was in a great location and close to the beach, and beautifully decorated.

Summerhouse Townhome is Sublime

The townhouse was updated, very nicely decorated, and very clean. It's in a great location and very convenient to the beach. Being set back from Old Highway 98, behind another property, makes it very quiet also. We also liked the view behind the townhouse... open space rather than the other townhouses. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay in this townhome again. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our time at Miramar Beach.

Our family of four enjoyed spending 6 days at this property. The townhouse is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The beach is pretty close, about 7 minutes of walking. The parking is next to the entrance door.

Great Stay!!

Wonderful vacation!! Destin is amazing, the townhouse is very close to the beach. Several shops that are close, yogurt and ice cream shop next door. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay on a return trip to Destin. Thank you!

Good place for a family!

Great stay overall! Close to the beach and an easy walk. There are a few updates that could be made, but you stay here for the location which is great. It's hidden away, but the "main" road is a little busy. We didn't have a problem at all, but some may want to avoid that. Overall, if you want to stay in Miramar, this is a great place. Centrally located, excellent fenced outdoor area for kids, the pool is great and a lot of "stuff" nearby. If you've got kids, this is definitely a good fit for you. Easy process to book and communicate with the owner. Thanks for everything!

Great location

Summerhouse 2 was just what we needed. Plenty of space from our family of 4. We had the pool to ourselves most days and the beach was practically across the street. Alvin’s Island is also next door which was very convenient for forgotten items like goggles. Would stay here again!

Home away from home! Great townhouse

We had an amazing stay at the townhouse. Very close to the beach, about 5 min walk. We will definitely be back to stay on our next Destin vacation! The townhouse was perfect for me and my family. This place was roomy and very well furnished. We did not have to bring anything but our clothes! The pool is also very nice. Finally made it back to Destin! Loved it!

But lots of catching up on cleaning, fixing, and improving! I hope my rental guests enjoy the unit as much as I do. So comfortable, now very clean and great location. Will be buying new king bedroom set this winter! Hope you all come back!

GREAT location for the price - could not be happier!

Summerhouse #2 is two-tenths of a mile (~3 mins) walk from beach access. The area that you access is a low-usage spot (compared to what we saw up and down the beach). The townhome is well stocked with essentials, and includes a washer and dryer in the unit (other guests we talked to had to use community washer/dryer on the property). We slept five easily - two adults and three large teenage boys! Easy access to the scenic highway, Pampano Joe's, and a short drive to everything you love about the Destin area! Jody and Ray were fantastic to work with and we hope to re-visit in the future! Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated town home with everything we possibly could have needed. Very close to beach. Had a great back yard and pool that the kids loved to play in after the beach. Very peaceful. I think we have found our go to place to stay in Destin, we definitely will be back to summerhouse 2!

We stayed here June 8-15. It was wonderful. The pictures were all spot on. My only wish is that there was also a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom ;) We had a great time and we plan on renting this same townhome next year!
