We loved our stay in this house! It looked like the pictures and the neighborhood was beautiful. The amenities of the neighborhood were wonderful and the other guests were considerate and friendly. RealJoy responded very quickly with any questions we had. Very easy walk to the beach and pools! Beware of the sprinkler in the lawn when hanging up wet clothes outside. A few things I wanted to mention about the house that’s not listed in the description:
- all TVs are Roku TVs (located in every room)
- beach toys and 2 beach chairs are at the house
- children’s booster seat, plates, and open cups are there
- lots of board games
We would stay in this house again!

Location was great! Little details that made the stay perfect - hooks for swimsuits in the shower, handheld shower head, tons of games and extras in the closet, all the kitchen utensils and appliances one could need for a great trip! Watch out for the sprinklers in the morning!

Everything was great/ clean however I suggest that you offer more cleaning supplies such as tissue, dish soap ect. But I would still give a positive response. Love the location.

This home was very easy to find, clean and very close to a lot of restaurants and tours! The beach access and pool was not far away which was great for my kids and elderly parents. Real

This house was fantastic for my family of 5. It is a bit expensive, but it’s located near a lot of things. You will need a vehicle to drive to the places near by. I loved the master bathroom . I loved that the bedrooms was not close together . Everyone had privacy and space . My only complaint was the washer/dryer not working and cox cable and the Realjoy staff was in the house when we weren’t there. I didnt get a notification that the WiFi was out and they were coming.

We had an amazing week renting this beautiful property! Everything as expected, two pools to choose from (and you are closer to the less busy one!). A short walk to the beach, maybe five minutes, not one of my kids ever complained. A welcome heat to get ready to jump into the ocean! Nice, clean, and affordable. We loved our stay!

The house met all our needs. It was immaculate and the check-in process was a breeze. The location definitely sets itself apart from the other Airbnb's because it is literarily walking distance to the beach which we did every time. It also so close to all the shops and stores so it was very convenient to get everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great house in quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach!
Close to different restaurants and attractions. Great for family vacation.

This was a great place to stay. House and properties were clean and well kept. It was a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. I would stay here again (just not in March the weather was not good).

This was our first time to Destin and had a wonderful time! It’s an easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach but if you want an umbrella or chairs it is an extra charge. Weather wasn’t the best the middle of March but we had a couple good beach days! The property is very clean and was perfect for our family!

This is a beautiful cottage and community. It is so well maintained. They keep the grounds of the community beautiful. I have never seen any trash or debris anywhere. I feel totally safe here. People are very friendly and helpful. Everything has been great! I would recommend this home to anyone.

This was our first time in the Destin area and we loved it. We are already looking to book again in the near future. The house was clean, in a great location and everyone was friendly. We had plenty of space for the whole family, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, etc. It was absolutely amazing!

The place was perfect for my partner and I and our 5 kids!! The location was optimal, the house was clean, and it was set up perfectly for our family—2 adults in the master, 1 teenager in the spare, and 4 7 and unders in the bunk bed room—exactly what we needed!!

House is very nice and location is great super close to everything. There are a lot of rules i recommend requesting the rules if you a coming with a big group or trying to have a celebration of some sort as the community is a quiet one. Overall a great stay.

The house was very clean when we got there. All the decoration was really beautiful and made us feel the true beach-house experience. All the available amenities made our stay so much better. I would definitely come back to this place for future vacations. Oh and the access to a private beach without the need to drive there was perfect!!!
