Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!


**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with no exceptions.**

The location is excellent, you just go down the elevators and you are already on the beach, the place is very safe and clean, you can be relaxed, since there is no noise, you just have to enjoy the sound of the sea, you have water machines and Ice and laundry is very easy to use. I recommend it to visit. I lack time to continue enjoying

We enjoyed our stay the room was very nice and very clean. Our only issue was no one told us someone was coming to fix the dishwasher so when we came back from town a strange man was in the condo without us knowing and the bed was SUPER hard so we slept on the couch bed instead because the bedroom bed was way too uncomfortable.

This condo is set in the thick of Spring Break. If you want peaceful, this is not the place for you. However it is within walking distance of so much and there is a lot to do! The condo is cozy and beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and sunset!!

The stay was all around great! Construction on the opposite side got quite noisy. The condo was as advertised - with a better sunset view than the pictures. Our only critique is if you want to cook, you have to bring EVERYTHING, but pots and pans - unlike other AirBnBs we've stayed at that provides Coffee Filters, Salt, Pepper etc.

Stay was great, location is perfect for a family vacation. View is beautiful but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it from the balcony as it was closed due to construction. Without being able to open the balcony door to let fresh air in, there was a moist/wet smell when we arrived which was unpleasant. We loved the kitchen and bathroom as they were completely redone but the same needs to be done to the bedroom. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in, in fact we slept in the couch bed for the last half of the vacation because of how uncomfortable the bed was. The bed frame is loose and the sheets had sand upon our arrival. When pulling out the couch bed it was full of crumbs as was underneath the rocking chair and coffee table. Needless to say the cleaners could move some stuff around when cleaning in order to heighten the cleanliness of the place. Other than that our stay was great, we enjoyed our time at the beach and the close by Panama city strip!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very roomy for 2 adults and 1 toddler. The only thing we were disappointed about was we weren’t able to access our balcony due to construction (we knew there would be construction prior but was not told it would effect access to balcony). I wish the inside of the door locked so our toddler wouldn’t be able to open the door from the inside. Other than those 2 things this place is amazing, great location, private access to beach, gated parking lot, and amazing communication from host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends.
