Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

Our vacation was perfect! We felt right at home and our place was nice and cozy! Panama City Beach is heavenly! We had such an amazing time lounging by the ocean and collecting shells! Views from the balcony were great! We never had to wait for an elevator either. I love how the parking lot was gated! We could only set the air conditioner to 70 so we slept with the fan on but other than it being a little stuffy in the morning, everything else was great! Would recommend!- Posted: 8/25/2024

The location on this condo cannot be beat! The condo building is a smaller/medium size one surrounded by many of the new high-rises, and I think it was perfect. The elevators were always fast and the beaches were not overly crowded. And the best part was just how the pictures showed it: the view both from inside and outside the condo was absolutely stunning. Sunrise and sunset were stunning, and we got to watch an awesome storm roll in one of the days. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, plenty of dishes available to use, and lots of beach toys and an umbrella. No complaints here! Thanks for a great trip.- Posted: 7/16/2024
