Loved our stay at the beach! This location is quite literally steps away from the water. We had multiple couples traveling together and it was perfect because each of us got our own room and restroom. We were able to use the kitchen which I really liked. The house is beautiful and RealJoy was very responsive the entire stay. I will absolutely be staying here again!

very clean, spacious, beach access through balcony door, in the heart of shopping (groceries/clothes). close to other attractions (less than 10 to Big kahuna Water Park). Every one was pleased!

We enjoyed our stay; the accommodations and location were excellent. Small issue at the location; shower head in the upper level room with balcony access makes an annoying whistle noise when in use and the iron was not in working condition. Overall I still give it a 5 star!!??????????

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well taken care of . Plenty of space for our crew of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked and the patio furniture was a nice addition! We did experience a maintenance issue but it was fixed within an hour of calling on a Friday afternoon. Something that would be very useful to advertise is that there ARE pocket doors in the bottom level separating the 3 sleeping areas . There was also plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, extra chairs, etc on the bottom deck .

Can't get any better than being right on the beach, and this property delivered it perfectly for all three of our generations on this family trip. Couple of minor maintenance issues, but the property management company was fantastic to work with. Will absolutely be looking to stay here again on future trips.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The location is absolutely perfect, and the property is exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. One update I'd recommend for the description: Include a note that there are both drip (uses basket filters) and pod coffee makers in the kitchen. That's important since the property (as explicitly mentioned in the description) has no consumable items provideded. (e.g. oil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, etc.) And for arrival planning, it would have been helpful know what type of coffee/filters we needed to bring.

27th Annual Girls Trip of 6 friends. When we first pulled in, we were hesitant of outside appearance and surroundings. Once we entered the property we were pleasantly surprised! Property was very clean with a great layout for a large group. All of the beds were very comfortable. The unit provides a “starter” pack of trash bags, TP and dish soap. This was a rare occurrence to provide our own supplies. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pots,pans, dishes, cutting boards, utensils, toaster and 2 coffee pots. The kuerig was not operable so we used the auto drip pot. There is a washer/dryer in the unit on the first floor. ( super handy) There is a convenience store across the street which was great! Beach area was amazing!!! Not overly crowded. Great property! We would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay here, and we love it! The renovations were nice and made more sleeping space for our large family. The location is awesome, and the private beach is always the best. There was a beach setup every day, along with a tent and extra beach chairs. We had trouble with the lock the first night, but RealJoy was easy to contact and helped us get in. If you are traveling with a large group and need the space, this is a great find at a good price.

Annual Family Florida Vacation also this time with Friends requiring a larger location. The place was perfect for us and suited all needs, large spacious, very clean, nice amenities and furnishings. All beds and bedrooms were very comfortable with excellent privacy, even with other unit attached there was never any noise or issues. The direct beach access which we always look for was perfect and there is even a good selection of kids toys, chairs and a foldable shade on the lower deck for use, the BBQ pit was practically brand new also gas station conveniently located across the street in walking distance. Overall amazing stay and enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend it, Realjoy staff was very responsive and communicated well before, during, and after our stay.

This condo is the perfect location at Miramar Beach. We stayed over Mother’s Day weekend with my 70+ year old parents, two grown children, and my 13 year old. Plenty of beds for the kids to chill on and plenty of space for the grownups. It had every kitchen item needed for your stay. Updated interior and well maintained, this sets it apart from the others nearby. And, it is the corner unit, so you get a great view from both decks!

Beautiful views and excellent location right on the beach. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Three large beds comfortably fit 6 adults. Two bunk beds (4 mattresses between them) accommodated 4 adults, though there were mixed reviews on the comfort of the bunk beds. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and it was easy to connect with a representative over the phone when we had a question about a door lock. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would stay here again.

We wanted a place to wow us and this place did exactly that!!! It exceeded our expectations and my whole family loved staying here! Everything worked and was comfortable and was totally up to all of our standards! We loved the easy access to the beach and was so thankful it provided so many chairs and beach toys for our littles! My oldest kids loved their ocean front rooms and I loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean! Thanks for the bottle of wine that was there waiting on us when we checked in! That was a very sweet gesture. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and Everything. Now one and o Ly thing that needs to be worked on is more trash bags and toilet paper need to be left for all rooms. We only had what was on the rolls and in the cans, no extra so I would definitely make sure u leave more of these two items for future guest but thats it! This place was a dream come true for all of us and we will definitely come back! It’s everything we have ever looked for in a vacation and we will come again! Thank u for the memories and for trusting us with ur beautiful home!!!

Great location! Beach directly in front is wonderful, especially for kids as the water is shallow for a long ways out.
Also lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great views from inside the house. The master bedroom has great views of the water and a nice big shower.

The best thing about this property is its location. Right at the beach. Beach is private and only for guests or owners, so you won’t see people crowding. The property was largely nice and clean barring minor areas that could have been better cleaned. There were enough supplies for us to last the 3 nights. They had beach umbrella and two chairs set for us each day which was nice. There were plenty of kid sand castle toys that our toddlers enjoyed playing with. Only issue we faced was internet. It just wouldn’t work. Not sure what was going on but that was a bit of bummer as one of my family member had to work and it became quite challenging. They did respond quickly when I reported the problem and the internet did seem to work for 15-20 mins after the person did some troubleshooting but after a while it stopped working again. We didn’t bother to call them back as it seemed pointless to waste time on it. Anyways, overall it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommene the place.

We loved this location! The beach is amazing and the house was great! We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella provided on the beach each day and was glad there were was enough parking for two cars in our space! A couple things you should know if your renting this spot. -There are ZERO beach towels - at a beach house. I missed that memo and wish we’d have packed some instead of having to buy a few. -There are lots of spices for cooking, but no salt and pepper. - There wasn’t any toilet paper or hand-soap in the downstairs bathroom. We were able to grab an extra roll that one of the bathrooms had but we went and bought some Tp and hand soap because they told us that’s all they provide and we had 12 people staying for 5 days. :)) -The rail on the top bunk bed was loose and there were exposed nails (maybe someone has tried to fix it) on the bed side. My husband had a utility knife so we bent the nails down so they didn’t hurt anyone, but I’d check that before putting small kids up there. Very small inconveniences that didn’t hamper our stay. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!!

We had 10 people aging from age 10 to 45. Let me start by saying that overall we had an amazing vacation. The home was clean and nice and the location was perfection. We had a major plumbing issue (city line was culprit) Which put us with a horrible smell for part of a day until it was shut off and left us without water for more than a day. I will say that RealJoy was easily accessible. They Came out quickly when we reported the leak, and although it was not ideal we were given a 2nd room just a few minutes away so we could have water while repairs were being made. Tommy with Real Joy was a rock star and kept us in the loop with everything. The owners also were fair in helping soften the blow of this inconveniences. I say All of this not to let you know we had an issue but to let you know that it was handled very well and you can feel confident booking with them! Pros: 1. LOCATION!!! Obviously the beautiful water/beach was our reason for booking but we really enjoyed walking to the Whale’s Tail for dinner (and drinks on the beach), the food was excellent all 4 times. The Circle K across the street was super convenient for snacks. We also frequented Bad Ass coffee, Dairy Queen and Paradise found (all within walking distance.) 2. Very nice townhome overall. Could use a few paint touchups and new carpet on the stairs (but it’s a rental on the beach so that is expected) Couch is very comfortable! Tv’s in all rooms! There is plenty of cups, bowls, silverware. 3. Hot water for all 10 people showering one after the other! Cons: 1. Oven was a hassle to use. We used it once and even though there was no smoke the heat set off the smoke detector near it EVERYTIME we opened the door. ( it was on 350 degrees) there was no vent and the detector is close ( I did let them know so hopefully that will be rectified) 2. Not anyone’s fault but beware of other guests using your trash cans . I would return to the location in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a really great time! The location is perfect! You have a gas station right in front of the townhouse and a couple of stores that you can walk to. It has all the necessities you could need and the best part is the private beach right in front for you to enjoy!!

Property was very comfortable and suited our family well. There were 7 of us and there were still 2 bunks that could’ve been used. Living room was quite comfortable as well. We were never cramped. Would definitely consider renting again.

If I may make 2 small suggestions, it would be a better outside patio set and to trim the palm trees next to the parking. We kept scratching our truck with them. Property was as advertised! More than enough room for the six of us who went. Only issue is that it would not be very conducive to anyone who had trouble navigating stairs, because there were a lot of them. Easy walking distance to a restaurant (Whales Tale), gas station across the street, and a couple of souvenir shops with all the tacky crap you'd want from a vacation in the panhandle! Grocery store, liquor store, plenty of shopping, restaurants, and fast food were just a couple of miles away. Prepare for a 30-40 minute drive to and from the airport, BTW. There were some aesthetic blemishes on the outside and the carpet up the stairs is starting to look a little rough, but nothing that bothered me. Stove has elements, like from the 80's, so that was interesting. But they get hot all the same. Also had a microwave drawer, which until I saw it, didn't realize was even a thing. Oh, ice from ice maker was gross, but we just got a bag across the street and it was all good. Loved walking out to the beach and being just a few meters away anytime I needed a fresh drink or to go to the bathroom. Could even comfortably sit on the deck and watch my kids (teenagers) in the ocean, knowing that it wouldn't take much time at all to get down if I needed to.
