SunDestin 1415 is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo perfectly situated in the heart of Destin, offering the ideal blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. Perched on the 14th floor, this recently furnished retreat showcases breathtaking, panoramic views of the emerald Gulf waters from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom—creating a serene backdrop for your entire stay.

Begin each morning on your private balcony, where you can savor a fresh cup of coffee while soaking in the endless shoreline and, if you’re lucky, catching a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf. The fully updated kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or enjoying a relaxed dinner in.

The spacious bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed and a private en suite bathroom, providing a peaceful haven to unwind after a day in the sun. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!

This condo was the perfect find for our last-minute vacation! It’s not often all five of our schedules line up, so we were thrilled to find a place that exceeded our expectations. Very glad we booked at Sundestin and would recommend to others.

The views and location were great. Store was convenient. Unit was clean and a great set up. Bummed that the outdoor pool and hot tub were not usable. In the unit we could have really used extra hand towels and kitchen towel. Also coffee filters should be included. A bit silly to charge extra for them at the store in the lobby or make people buy separately at another store. Including salt and pepper and cooking oil would be very nice as well. Also mentioning that the tvs have Roku would have been helpful. Online it says Satellite channels and no mention of streaming services.

The view was amazing! We really enjoyed the sunsets. It’s close to basically everything that you might need (Walmart, target, Publix, restaurants, etc) I will recommend to bring a tend and chairs since they don’t allow personal umbrellas at the beach.

great installations. These are not a new construction so expect some wear and tear on some of the building elements. staff supper friendly and helpful. Amenities are good. Beach is perfect!. Apartment 1415 was good, great view of the sunsets, nice balcony, fully equipped kitchen. It is a great complex to spend couple of relax days. Lots of things at walking distance. Has an indoor pool which is not huge but ok for small kids. Beach is 100 ft walking distance from the pool.
