Pools, Restaurant, and Sea Store now OPEN!! "Indoor" Pool (Structure not yet re-built- currently an open air pool.)
-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.

You’ll be greeted by the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living space The living room offers a ton of natural light due to the large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and living room windows. Prepare a delicious meal in your well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. The master bedroom also offers access to the balcony shared with the living room and a king bed. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, making this condo sleep 8 comfortably. Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer like a fitness room, an indoor pool, a complex pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and coin laundry. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
