Sunsets at Rosemary is a quaint 1BR/1BA carriage house in Rosemary Beach, just off Hwy 30A. Only a short walk from beach access and Barrett Square, you will be in the center of it all! This lovely home offers comfortable furnishings with gorgeous hardwood flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. The King Suite sleeps 2 comfortably. There is onsite parking for one vehicle during your stay. Plan your daytime adventures at the beach while enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Rosemary Beach community. Come back after a long day spent in the sun and get ready for an evening on the town. Enjoy lasting memories by making Sunsets at Rosemary carriage house your next beach vacation!
Guests staying in Rosemary Beach will enjoy access to all four pools, located strategically in each of the four quadrants of town, more details below. Access to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and Fitness Center is available for an additional onsite fee. Beach chair service is available for rent year-round on a first come/first serve basis. Other perks include 2.3 miles of boardwalk and trails that wind through the town with 19 pocket parks and green spaces. Several include playgrounds, on the northwest corner at West Kingston, you will find the butterfly garden and koi pond.
Coquina Pool: Near the beach, it's an infinity edge pool presided over by triangular stucco building which includes men's and women's changing rooms. Open daily from 9am to 9pm.
Sky Pool: Indoor pool with a retractable roof. The pool deck features radiant heating for the winter months and three swim lanes. Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Adult only hours are 6am-9am and 8pm-10pm.
Barbados Pool: Outdoor Pool immediately recognizable by its copper roof and fountain, located on the south west section of Rosemary Beach and features a small children's pool. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.
Cabana Pool: Outdoor pool with Mediterranean design, cabana style dressing rooms and a separate children's pool. A playground for kids adjoins it. Open Daily from 9am to 9pm.

Another unique feature is the 2.3 miles of interconnected pathways and boardwalks, illuminated at night by gas lanterns. You will love the picturesque green lawn, sugar white beaches and lovely Emerald waters that make this area so famous. And you will love Rosemary Beach.
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Amazing Stay in Rosemary Beach!
We had a wonderful family vacation. Rosemary beach is a beautiful town. The property was wonderful and in close proximity to the town center and the beach. It was also close to one of the pools. Highly recommend this property. The value was great.- Posted: 3/21/2025

1st time in Rosemary Beach
Great location to explore 30A, loved that we could bike everywhere and being from California it was nice to see how clean everything was. Great Beach Stay! (but poor contract terms)
We enjoyed our stay immensely! Rosemary Beach is a beautiful place. Everything went as planned. Only thing I would change is a few of the contract/waiver sentences which the manager requires guest to sign before getting access. A few lines which probably were written by a lawyer and do not reflect how they would actually treat a guest in certain unlikely circumstances. I did call to discuss and was told by customer service that "we would not do that".... so my request is to update the language to match reality.- Posted: 10/20/2024

House was very nice and just a few steps away from restaurants and boutiques., we were so use to renting golf carts and couldn’t this time but rented bikes . You could call them anytime and they would always get back to us for anything we needed. It was perfect for me and my girls .- Posted: 10/12/2024

We really loved this little place! It was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I. We were close to everything and could walk most places. There was a lot of sunlight and it felt cozy! I do wish they supplied a few more rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up having to buy small boxes of them because that all that was available at the store, which meant they were wasted (we couldn’t fit them in our suitcase.) We had a really nice stay here and highly recommend. The unit is small, but it's really well maintained and they utilized the space nicely. One important thing to know is that the door to the bedroom is a louvered sliding door, so it does not provide any noise control and just minimal privacy. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and you can't beat the beautiful neighborhood of Rosemary, which this is located in the heart of. We loved sitting on the patio and the cute little deck. Had an amazing stay at this rental. It was perfectly located in the heart of Rosemary Beach which made it very easy to walk everywhere, being heavily pregnant. One down side, not the biggest deal, but I have never stayed at an Airbnb that I was instructed to clean up before we left, take out garbage, and start laundry. I thought that’s what the cleaning fee is for. This rental does not provide beach towels which is tough if you’re flying in. No one is going to pack beach towels in their luggage. We couldn't recommend this carriage house enough! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space inside. Perfect spot for a getaway for two. Weekend in Rosemary Beach
The carriage house was perfect for my husband and me for a long weekend. The location was amazing! A very short walk to the beach and the town square. We rented bikes and went for a long ride up the path along 30A. We had an amazing dinner at Citizen in nearby Alys beach. Will definitely be returning!- Posted: 9/5/2023

Amazing stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here as our first official vacation together. Everything was just as promised online, and we fell absolutely in love with Rosemary! Family Vacation
We had an outstanding week stay here! My wife, 4 year old daughter and I had plenty of room and were comfortable. We utilized the pull out couch for our daughter. Space was very clean and functional. Outstanding location and close to everything but quaint and quiet where the actual house is. 10 minute walk to the beach and less than that to shopping and restaurants. 3 minute walk to the closest pool. We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect - can’t get much better! We were a quick walk to the private beach access and all of the best restaurants. Our condo was quiet, very safe, and peaceful. It was stocked with everything we could need! We especially appreciated the Tupperware, baggies, etc. that helped us pack our lunches for the week. Great weekend getaway for my daughter and I
Sunsets at Rosemary beach was perfect for my daughter and I to celebrate my 60th birthday. We rented a one bedroom carriage house which allowed us to stay at Rosemary beach which was perfect. It was small and cozy even with a cute little balcony to drink your tea and read. The place had everything you needed accept for a dresser or a place to put your luggage on to live out of it but the stackable tables worked for us. The couch was very comfortable too. Cozy cottage, great location
This is a carriage house, so it’s small, but it’s beautiful! It’s in a great location. You can park and never have to move your vehicle if you don’t want to. It is a small haul to the beach. Quiet, quaint, carefree!
The carriage house was the perfect getaway for our Spring Break vacation. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location as it was a few blocks off the main streets yet close enough to walk to everything we enjoyed: tennis, restaurants, pools and of course the beautiful beach! The only temporary discomfort was the pullout sofa bed which like many, has a bar under the mattress. Our daughter remedied that by putting the couch cushions under it on the floor. This quaint little cottage in nestled away about two blocks north of Barret Square just around the corner from the Cabana pool. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bathroom nice and clean. Great spot, tucked away from the shops and busy streets. Nice and quiet, very clean and would stay here again. Walking distance to well everything, restaurants, shops and of course the beautiful beach at Rosemary. While roaming the streets you can absolutely admire the architecture of the town and wooden walk ways as you go to and from the house. Very convenient location. Nicely equipped. Adequate parking. Technically could sleep 4, but not much else. Would be best suited for a couple perhaps with a young child or two. Too tight for our 3 adults, particularly with the bathroom arrangement IN the one bedroom which is only separated from the living area and pull-out couch by a louvered divider.. Great location, very quiet. Perfect for 2 people. Parking for 1 car right in front but we never used the car as you can walk/ride bikes to everything. Our only issues are minor: the bed was very firm and the ac was limited to go no lower than 70 degrees.- Posted: 7/31/2020

Perfect for us! This property had everything we needed and the perfect amount of space for two. The location was exceptional! This property aligns with all of the reasons we love Rosemary! Only thing is parking.. I wish we were able to access the garage to park because the landing is so small. Loved our stay here so much, it was everything we needed for a little beach getaway! Perfect space for couples and the absolute best location.
