I absolutely love the beach view. Access to everything was very easy. I'll definitely be back and I recommend this resort to anyone who's looking to have an amazing time. This amazing and awesome trip was for my birthday and I had an incredible time here. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom shower by the entrance door didn't work and I did report it because I didn't want the company to think that I did it and it was already like that when I arrived.

Very clean and a great location. It was stocked with all things necessary to just relax. Would drive the extra 5 minutes to Walmart for all your personal needs though. Pool area was well kept. We will definitely be back. If you can’t do a lot of steps or have small children or beach wagons I would suggest crossing street from lobby and using their beach entrance. My opinion it would be a lot easier but with saying that, their pier to beach is very nice.

Loved it. Place was kid friendly and easy access to the beach. Loved the bridge overpass instead of walking across the incoming traffic with the kids!

Other then the guest bathroom shower not draining and being able to hear everything in the guest room our stay was great! Easy access to the beach from the condo. The tiki bar was probably our favorite!

The place is very nice and also is in a very nice location. The drawer’s were a little dirty had hair and debris in them other than that everything went well. Everything was explained very well and had no other problems. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a GREAT location in Miramar Beach.
Things we enjoyed: 3rd floor unit was great. Kitchen is well-equipped. Very clean unit with nice showers and upgrades. Washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Loved the sky bridge to beach, the tiki bar next to the beach was awesome for sitting in the shade with a tropical cocktail and looking at the ocean. Having the 2 chair service with an umbrella included was great, the sun is intense. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Overall, we really liked it!
Considerations: only 2 dishwasher tablets were provided, bring more if you need them. Bring a blanket if you are cold-natured like me, there were no extra blankets in the unit.

The condo was great and beds were comfy! The overall complex is older and could use some updates but it was good. Easy walk across the street or walkway to beach. The sand and water are beautiful!! But lots and lots of people on the beach. Baytown Wharf in Miramar is a very close drive and super cute! Worth going to and watching fireworks on Wednesday nights. Lots of traffic driving to Destin or Seaside but are cute areas.

Prior to booking this reservation the reviews were not good, but in spite of that we booked so glad we did The Condo was absolutely amazing to locations of beach just steps away, stores, food etc. Also the Condo was clean updated and bathrooms was great looked luxury. We loved patio with views of gulf. Loved having 2 loungers & umbrella at the beach. Also appreciated being able to cook in with fully functional kitchen. Then having Access to washer and dryer in the unit made it possible not to travel home with sand filled clothes & towels. I will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future. Restaurant on site served subpar food for price we paid, never again. Overall the stay was awesome. Last thing, the last night we went to The Track amusement park (6 miles away) it was great for entire family. Real joy allowed early check in , all information sent timely. Every time i called their response was immediate. THANK YOU VRBO/REAL-JOY for making our vacation the best!! The Wilsons & Johnsons

The only problem we had was on our last day, evening time someone knocked on the door, then knew the door code and walked in. Didn’t say who he was or what he wanted, just said oh I’m sorry didn’t know someone staying here. We contacted the rental company and said it was one of their own. Just find it worrisome that someone just came on in, and from a rental company who should have known someone was staying there.

We are happy to know that you had an overall good stay in this two-bed/two-bath condo and we are thankful for your five-star review. We would like to truly apologize for the incident which occurred on your last day. Yes, one of our inspectors showed up unannounced. He did knock and let himself in via the door code to drop something off, a day early. This was truly our mistake. We are running new software and are making adjustments. Unfortunately this detail was overlooked. We always notify guests if we need access to a unit while they are renting. The only exception would be during an emergency, which we would still ensure the guest is kept in the loop. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

The apt is cute and well equipped. The beds are comfortable but note that the master bedroom is VERY BRIGHT, so bring you eyes cover otherwise you will be waking up everyday at sunrise. The building is right accross the beach, but it is very old. There is a serious issue with the elevators, there was aways a line of people waiting for one. The biggest issue that we faced when at the public areas of the building (and this is not RealJoy’s fault) is that NO ONE IS WEARING A MASK. Overall good property.
