We celebrated my best friend’s birthday and we had an amazing time!! The view was spectacular, we were close to everything, the people were so neighborly we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The only downside was the renovations around the property, but that’s temporary. We plan on making another trip to this property in the future to see it fully remodeled. We had such an amazing experience and plan on using Real Joy again!!

Great location, a resort fee is charged but you can use the pool, the gym and the pickleball courts. Beach is walking distance, the place is comfy and clean.

Loved the place right on the beach just a two minute walk. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Views?!? To die for even being on the 3rd floor! Had a great experience

Clean space, easy access, short and easy walk to the beach. The pool had a shallow end which was great for our kids. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is great! The check in process recently changed and there was a little confusion at first, but it was quickly resolved. There was a nice New Year celebration package in the condo when we arrived ? Overall, a great stay!

we had a wonderful time. the beach was a very walkable distance and the view from the balcony was great. kids enjoyed the pool and the basketball hoop. Will visit again.

Great stay. Room was clean and exactly as in the photos. We used the gym, pickle ball and shuffleboard facilities and they were very nice. The only possible negative thing I can think of is that one of the burners on the stove was out and the clocks didn’t work, but who cares what time it is on vacation anyway! I would definitely stay there again.

This location was fantastic. Beautiful views with lots of activities. The unit had a few issues that were not resolved but did not impact our trip a great deal. Overall, the heated pool and hot tub along with the pickle ball courts and the Gulf of Mexico won us over. Fabulous sunsets were a bonus.

The Islander complex is a bit dated, but kept up nicely. Parking lot gate never worked.
Location of complex: Private beach is nice, but you have to drive to nearest shopping and restaurant amenities.

This property was listed just as it was in person. No surprises upon arrival. It was clean, had amazing views, perfect location in Destin. The heated pool was amazing, the views were great, very quiet at night, family oriented, overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful view with short walk to the beach. The property was exactly as pictured and clean. RealJoy was responsive and the front desk was helpful. Short driving distance to restaurants and family activities. Would stay here again.

Great location! Returning Holiday Isle visitor, first time Islander stay. The only complaint I have is our keys were not ready to use/activated after pickup at off-site office location. However, as soon as I called customer service they said to take keys to reception to get activated. Overall great stay. Great gulf view. Clean. Would recommend

This property was easy to rent and the communication was great. The views of the beach were amazing! It is a quick walk across a wooden boardwalk and you’re right on the beach. The condo is older, but has everything we needed and was very clean. It was private and all access used the key, so the beach wasn’t over crowded. We’ll definitely rent here again. RealJoy vacation rentals was the property management group for our condo.

The condo was nice & cozy. The view is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Would recommend. Just wish the keys for the room were already at the resort
