Welcome to The Point 1-134, a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that offers a resort-style vacation located in the popular 30A community. Enjoy your private balcony with pool views. The open-concept floor plan allows guests to enjoy each other's company in the living area while preparing a meal in the kitchen with high-end, stainless-steel appliances. For added convenience, this unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Sliding barn doors lead into the first bedroom off of the living room, which is a spacious queen suite featuring a private bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The master suite features an attached office nook, perfect for guests who choose to work remotely. It has a king bed and a private entrance to the balcony, allowing for plenty of sunshine and natural light. Its spacious, ensuite also features dual vanities, a walk-in shower plus a separate soaking tub with a window looking into the bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa making this condo sleep 6 comfortably. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/ GREAT PROPERTY
This location was perfect-a 5 min walk to the beach and to a large walking community of upscale restaurants and shops. The pool was large, great and safe for younger kids . Great poo view from balcony. There is a coffee/ breakfast place on the property but I never ate there so can't review-the prices looked decent though. We loved our stay here! It was less than a minute drive from the beautiful Rosemary Beach shopping area and just 20 minutes from Seaside. The area was quiet and easy to find. When we weren't sure where to park to access the best entrance for our condo, the friendly maintenance staff showed us exactly where to park and where the elevator access would be. He also let us know what floor we would be on. There are several restaurants nearby to enjoy or a great cooking space if you want to eat in. The beach was just a short walk away, and easy to access. We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful! Big Bad Breakfast is also within the condo area, so you can grab a great breakfast before heading out to the beach! Great location and felt like we were staying at a resort. Fit 4 comfortably. The unit was not stocked with much in terms of food or cleaning basics (oil, spices, laundry detergent) but it was easy to grab these from the store.- Posted: 4/21/2024

Perfect location! The Big Bad Breakfast downstairs is delicious and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My wife and I rented bikes along with a bike trailer for our 2 year old all week and it was definitely worth it! 5 minute walk to the beach and very private. It rained all evening on our last day so we stayed in. I wish the rooms had smart TVs to watch Netflix on rainy days. Also, the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, we had a great time. Wonderful stay! Beautiful condo right at the entrance of Rosemary Beach. For tennis lovers, it’s right next to the Rosemary beach tennis center. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars in town. I recommend Havana rooftop bar and their ‘PainKiller’ cocktail, it does work! Last but not least, the co do is right above Big Bad Breakfast, a must visit for breakfast lovers!
