About This Space:
Indulge in a one-of-a-kind vacation experience with amenities designed to entertain, relax, and impress in every season. Take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swim spa located on the backyard deck—a mini pool with a 4-foot depth that’s perfect for both kids and adults. Surrounded by comfortable seating, it’s an ideal spot to swim, lounge, and soak up the coastal sunshine. For a little friendly competition, head over to the outdoor putting green where golfers of all skill levels can practice their short game or simply enjoy some fun together.

Just a four-minute stroll from the shore, you’ll have easy access to the beach with the provided beach cart and gear. Set up the umbrella for shade, sink your toes into the warm sand with the provided chairs, grab your favorite book, and relax while taking in the coastal breeze and beautiful ocean views. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, entertainment, or unforgettable moments with friends and family, these thoughtfully curated amenities make every stay truly special.

After a full day of sun and adventure, unwind in the inviting living room with plush seating and enjoy a family movie on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—from essential cookware to a Keurig and 12-cup drip coffee maker—making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. Gather around the spacious dining table with plenty of seating for everyone and enjoy time together sharing great food and conversation.

• We provide an initial starter set of household supplies. Additional supplies can be purchased at the nearby Walmart or supermarket.
• Snowbird rentals available January–February (monthly only)
• There is a front, side, and backyard camera installed on our cottage for your security.
• Allows 2 pets under 35lbs each with a $250 Refundable pet deposit if there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
• Snowbird Season runs January through February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
