Right on the beach and walking distance from pier park area. The elevators was trouble slow waiting up to 30 to 45 minutes to go up over down. And big vehicles has to be parked in the overflow parking area that you have to go next door and pay for there overflow parking so make sure you get there before 5pm. Any vehicles over 7ft tall.

Wonderful views, helpful staff, great access to beach. Elevators are extremely slow, had to use stairs most of the time.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Facilities were nice. Views of the ocean were the best I’ve seen. Our condo was perfect for us. We will be back to stay!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Only draw back was the wait time at elevators. There were two close to our condo that weren’t working and the wait time was long.

Prime location on the beach/pretty view, easy check-in on the second floor, condo was quite spacious, and plenty of closet space. Three separate bedrooms plus bunkbeds in a quasi room without a door. Comfortable fits eight + the couch. Thanks for making our stay great!

Space Elevators

The Tidewater resort was amazing, there is a lot to do there in the resort itself. Movie theater, arcade, bar, restaurant, gym, spacious pools, numerous hot tubs, and more! It was a quick drive to things such as the Pier Park Mall and other restaurants and shops. Our condo was entirely bigger than I thought it would be, and everyone had their own bathroom which was a definite plus when we were all getting ready at the same time! The only thing that it did not have was non-stick pans, so making breakfast was a small challenge, but not too terrible. RealJoy was extremely responsive to all of my messages and questions, and they gave me plenty of information upfront to explain questions I hadn't even thought of!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice, the place is huge! Space galore! Amazing views from almost every room in the condo. The master bedroom was amazing with amazing views and the master bathroom was gigantic.

Our family had a great time at Tidewater 901
It was very clean and free of clutter and so much storage Space for all of our items and there were a lot since we stayed for a month! There was more storage space in this condo than any condo I’ve ever stayed in. Since it was December it did get a little cold and there was a problem with the heat. Real Joy was very helpful and cooperative. It warmed up really fast and the heat wasn’t needed but they came to replace the heating system asap. I would definitely stay at this condo again!
