Everything! Parking was great, also clean. Easy access to the beach Loved it! Just need toilet in master bedroom fixed. Does not flush well.

I would rent through Real Joy in a heart beat. They are awesome. The only thing I wouldn’t do is rent at Twin Palms. Too many issues but I don’t think any of those were the fault of Real Joy. Real Joy responded very quickly to our concerns and resolved the issues. Go with Real Joy!

It was a pleasure booking through RealJoy. They were prompt on responses to any questions I had and very informative. Sent text messages directly to my phone with all of the information that was need. That was wonderful because it allowed for a stress free check in/out. Someone is always available 24 hrs a day to answer your call as well and provide information or help with any issues, which is awesome! Would definitely book through this company again!

The washing machine was very smelly, the bed linen was dirty, the dishes were old and incomplete, and in general the apartment was dirty and in need of repair.

POSITIVES: Location and parking was nice! Condo was clean and really nice! Loved the huge balcony! House was very cute and well stocked with nearly anything we needed. Pool & hot tub was really a great size and accommodating. The beach was right there…..I mean we did not have far to walk at all! NEGATIVES: Not a huge deal for us but the description of the beds were misleading: (It said 2 king size beds but it was a king and a queen.) Could not find a hot pad for cooking and the timing was the funnies part because I was in the middle of cooking when I realized I needed one but did not have one so a hand towel worked just as well! No beach towel in room as described to be in the closet….not an issue but was concerned who to let know that this item was missing. The front load washer has that typical smell that they are notorious of having and my wife did not want to use it but did any way! Like I said above; these were. It huge issues but in some cases with other visitors, they could be . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear overall you had a wonderful stay. The huge balcony is one of the best features! Our team has been notified that no hot pads are in the unit for this to be rectified for the next guests. Also we do not advertise 2 king beds. We do state in the description that there is a King, Queen, Twin Bunk, and Sleeper Sofa. Beach towels also are not advertised. Please come back and stay again soon!

Nice experience overall - very clean and well decorated. I would suggest a new couch and a touch up of the trim and baseboard paint. This is our second stay here and plan to come back in November.

Love our rental. Quick and easy check in. Super convenient. The place itself was super cute and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Kitchen was perfect and well stocked. Master bedroom wth it’s own access to the balcony was amazing! Probably my favorite part of the entire rental. Will be renting here again.

Wonderful experience. Condo was right on the beach, close to restaurants, a Wal-Mart was a 10 minute walk. Pier Park was super close drive. This condo was very accommodating, felt secure and the views were everything.

We had a blast at PCB. Our Twin Palms condo was comfortable and well stocked for our family. Being able to walk out to the beach or pool was very convenient. Our balcony had the to die for view of the beach that we all want. The location provided us easy access to all parts of the area we needed. Would definitely stay there again

The place was great but it could have been cleaner. There was crumbs in the pullout sofa and some under the bunk beds.

Our family loved everything about out chioce to stay here. WE LOVED IT. Location was perfect and more than expected. The private access beach was amazing . Other places on the beach were overcrowed as we had more space than needed for beach games and relaxing with unlimited space. Only negative is we didn't stay longer. Lol WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!!!!

Good place, good view of the beach. We had a problem with our washer's hose leaking or something, but it was promptly fixed.
It should be noted that before it was fixed, upon asking for any chance of reimbursement for the cost of our large group washing clothes (this is a BEACH vacation), the answer was a swift no.
There were no stock of spices or basic items such as coffee or filters. We bought our own TP, as each bathroom only had one roll each.
I do also believe we were only given one roll of Paper Towels in the kitchen as well. A larger stock of supplies would be appreciated.
We may come back.

Was amazing,I never been on December to the beach,but I like it was very funny,wonderful apartment,clean spacious,with everything which you need,I hope to go again.They have security around building,pull I like it.You are security any time ?wonderful.I recommend to everyone.

The condo was fabulous! The views were gorgeous. Wish we could see down the beach to the right though. The condo Nextdoor was in the way. We had the tropical storm come in while we were there so it was cool to watch the lighting. We had 4 adults in the condo with us and it was just right. The only thing I’d suggest is to bring extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and laundry soap. There is not much options to store food so if you want to cook bring containers or bags. The turn in to the condo into the parking garage is a little bit of a doozy the first time but wasn’t a problem after words.The access to the beach is very easy and nice. The pool is a tad small but does its job. The condo is not far from all of the fun PCB stops. We will definitely be back!

Our condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The facilities were all kept very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a wonderful trip and we were very happy with everything! The one thing that would be nice would be to be able to have an early check in option.

The place is just as it is pictured and in a great location on the strip. Beautiful views of the ocean! Having the pool and hot in is nice! The common areas in the building were cleaned and sanitized daily. Several restaurants and stores in walking distance. Sunrise Cafe across the street is great for breakfast! Everything you need to cook is there if you prefer to stay in. Communication with RealJoy Vacations was quick and clear. Easy check-in/out. You won’t regret your stay!

Has an outstanding view of the beach and ocean from master bedroom and living room. We did some cooking and there was no scrubber to scrub the dishes before loading them in dishwasher, please carry one if you are planning on cooking. I would recommend following the checkin instructions on RealJoy website , it has the gate code which was missing from Airbnb check-in instructions. Host was able to accommodate our request for a late checkout.

Gorgeous views and decor made our stay a relaxing home away from home. Kitchen was fully equipped and the views are even better than the pictures. Host was very responsive. On the first morning we made it out early to the beach and I was able to swim with 3 wild dolphins which came within 30 feet. There are jet ski rentals at a walking distance. Our family made many wonderful memories! We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay in this condo for a long weekend at the beach! As a young family with toddlers, we traveled with much of what we needed and didn’t use the kitchen for much cooking, but the entire condo seemed to be equipped with anything we would have needed. Both the unit and building were clean, family friendly, and spacious. You could hear the garbage trucks in the morning from the second bedroom due to being on the same side as the trash chute, but otherwise the unit’s location was fantastic and very quiet. Also, our beds were very comfortable and we loved the large balcony... the view was incredible. Very pleased and will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to PCB.
