We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Palms , Room 1601. Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The ocean view from the 16th floor was spectacular. The pool and beach access was very easy to get to. The only complaint we have is that there was no hot water in the master bathroom, so that needs to be fixed. There was plenty of hot water in the other bathroom and in the kitchen. It appears that it was only the master bathroom that had no hot water. The master bathroom outlet was also not working properly. When an appliance was plugged in, such as a hair dryer, it would work for about 3O seconds and then cut off. We enjoyed our stay at Twin Palms, Room 1601. It was so nice, clean, and comfortable. The ocean view from the 16th was spectacular! We also loved the easy access we had to the pool and beach areas. The only complaint we have is that there was no hot water in the master bathroom. There was plenty of hot water in the other bathroom and in the kitchen. There was also a problem with the bathroom outlet in the master bathroom. When an appliance was plugged in, such as a blow dryer, it would work for about 30 seconds then cutoff. Beautiful, convenient & very clean!

Relaxing weekend needed
We stayed at this property for a long weekend after we had to put our 17 year-old dog down. Everything was just as it was shown on the website. Only thing I would say is that the guest bathroom needs a brighter light and definitely a light over the tub.- Posted: 5/6/2024

Relax
Large spacious room, beautiful view from the balcony and bedroom , perfect 3 pools , so close to the beach . I would like to pay less .Main problem - to remember 2 complex codes - room code and beach gate code .And last one - please use allergy free cleaners on the floor .- Posted: 10/3/2023

Ladies getaway
I just recently lost my dad. I reserved this getaway for my mom, sister, and I. It was a much needed trip and this place was just what we needed. Most of our time was spent on the large balcony. We laughed, we cried, but best of all is we enjoyed every bit of it. The place was beautiful and relaxing.- Posted: 9/10/2023

The location is right on the beach and very secure. About 4 miles to Pier Park, but quiet location. Walked right out onto the big balcony to see the beach. It was perfect for what I wanted. Also, there is two hairdryer which were left by another kind guest it appears. That was very nice! Beach chair rental is to the right of the pool on the beach, and about 50 dollars for the day. Million dollar views. The condo was nice, the balcony was the best this big about it, views from living room and bedroom, can’t beat waking up to that everyday.
The blvd out front was a little to busy for us, but still nice. The jets that flew over everyday, were so cool. Seen dolphins last day we were there. Loads of things to do in the area. We like local hangouts, so Diego’s, and Finns in St Andrews, super cute little beach town. Explore the 30A wow that whole area is different, lots to see and evenings they have music and cute little food trucks. overall it was good
the property was literally on the beach. it was near everything we needed. the 16th floor was a deal breaker. next time I will check that because upon arrival it caught us off guard. my husband is terrified of heights so he didn’t enjoy the stay- Posted: 4/2/2023
