Me and my girlfriend had such a wonderful stay! We reached enjoyed the pool, how close the beach was and the porch swing. We did drive to the beach which was 3 or 4 blocks away. We used the beach chair and the toys provided. Our dog was super happy with the stay too. He chilled outside the porch with us and loved going up and down the stairs for some weird reason. I would definitely stay again here. The only thing I would say is that the bed frame squeaks with every turn you make and seams a little wobbly. Overall the whole stay was amazing! Can’t wait to visit Destin again.

We were very pleased with our location, and particularly appreciate Realjoy promptly finding us a superb replacement location (Vitamin Sea) when an electrical problem occurred near our original rental that might have required more than a couple of days to repair. We were very pleased with the replacement accomodations and Realjoy covered the additional costs.

My family had such a great time at Vitamin Sea! The unit was very clean and had good amenities. Christian really took care of us during our stay and was very attentive to all our needs. Great location near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Great family stay with plenty of room. Garage with water hose to rinse off sand and cart/ beach accessories was a nice touch. Definitely coming back.

Very nice condo! Clear instructions from the host. Pool was lovely and always warm, very peaceful even with other families using it. No lifeguard but that was ok with us. Good grassy areas for my dog to use the bathroom. There is a beach nearby, it’s about a ten minute walk but might be difficult with a beach cart or a lot of things to carry. Beach gets very crowded so get there early. Beach cart, chairs, and beach toys available in the garage which was great. The location was nice, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and Publix about five minutes away, the harbor walk is a 20 minute drive and same for Sandestin which was very convenient. Washer and dryer available which was helpful, towels were a little small but typical hotel towels, next time I’d bring my own big ones! Otherwise, we would definitely stay at this property again!

The host was responsive to our queries and accommodating. What you see in the picture is exactly what you will get. They always communicated with me as my vacation was nearing and left clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The place was clean and had a good location close to restaurants, stores and other recreational activities. Nice pool. I used an air mattress (which I brought with me) instead of using their pull out couch. I would recommend this place.

Really good experience. I highly recommend. We did have issues with logging into the portal to obtain door code but called the host and they answered immediately. Location is pretty much close to everything. We didn’t drive anywhere greater than 10 mins. About a 15 min walk or less to the public beach entrance. Only about 10 mins if you want to pay the 30 dollars to sit on a private beach area but it’s no personal umbrellas and tents allowed. The condo was very spacious and clean. I will be returning.

Great place to stay! I have an older dog, and the stairs were a bit steep and tricky for him, so I would recommend bringing a gate to put up for pets and, of course, for small children/toddlers. We would definitely book this place again!

We enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea. Great location, short 8m walk to the beach. Hannah ensured the unit was super clean before arrival and helped with providing missing kitchen items. Super friendly service from her and Jake who helped out with the TVs. Would def rent again using RealJoy.

Overall it was a great place!! But I will say there decor/designing probably isn't the best, the two twin beds are connected on to 1 king ish size headboard, so there for it wiggles a lot and is quite squeaky. The headboard is pretty loose on the beds so when you turn over it's overall not a pleasant sound. Then the 2 like "chairs" in the living room, are uncomfortable and there's not much room on them. They were alright but considering it could sleep up to like 10 people the small couch and 2 small chair like things weren't very roomy or comfortable. The toilet downstairs was also a pain but maybe it was user error ?. The sheets in the twin room were stained and when we contacted the property management I believe, they immediately brought it the next morning. Overall a great place the decor and design maybe just didn't have the best options! (Also a pot holder in the kitchen would be helpful and maybe some extra to go containers or like food containers!) We had a great time and it was perfect for us!

We had a great stay! We have two young kids and found the location super convenient to everything. The beach was walkable (maybe ~15 min walk with small kids), but we ended up driving everyday to save time and energy and never had a problem with parking. The unit was clean and met all our needs, plus just steps to the pool. Overall great and easy stay.

Y’all this place was amazing! Just around the corner from the beach. A short drive will get you to the beach where you can park on the street. A 5-10 min walk will get you there as well. There are also parking lots all the way down Scenic Dr for the beach or restaurants. If you decide to drive, I suggest parking at one of those parking lots so you can go to the beach and walk right up the stairs to a restaurant on the beach!
The townhouse was beautiful and super clean. The kitchen and master bedroom are up a steep flight of stairs, so it’s not the most accessible house. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear pretty much everything in the next room. Lastly, the smart lock/ keypad was difficult to use. I actually had to look up a YouTube video on how to use it. But, that could have been just me not knowing how to use it! Lol
With all that being said, this home is perfect for a beach getaway with the girls or the guys. Also, the perfect amount of space. Will definitely book here again!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities a family beach outing needs. We booked this place for our family that consisted of two kods 5 and 4, two grandparents, one adult aunt and us two parents and the space was perfect. Everyone in our group had adequatesleeping spaces, the master room is very big and beautiful it's on the second floor along with the kitchen and a half bath. There is a balcony with s porch swing which was nice to sit on at sunset. The kitchen has mostly everything you may need for cooking. basic meals just keep in mind you will need your seasonings like salt pepper and cooking sprays. It has a regular coffee maker but you need to bring filters and coffee as most places. The downsyarues has two guest rooms that are a good size. one of them has two twin beds and the other I believe a queen bed these rooms also have a door that has access to a small back porch and green space if you take your fur babies but is not fenced. The condo has a wagon perfect to tote all your beach stuff. the place also has a bunch of great basket beach toys, donut floats, bungee boards, coolers small and large,and beach chairs which we found so great. just keep in mind they dont offer beach towels or beach umbrella but the umbrellas can be rented in the beach.
The location we found great. it was close to everything no more than a 15 min drive to most things. We didnt use the beach nearby because we love going ti Henderson State park which was 11 min drive. This condo is new and fresh and very clean I would definitelyrecommend to anyone staying in Destin.

The cutest little condo, in perfect walking distance from the beach and shopping/restaurants. The neighborhood nearby is adorable and the location really just couldn’t be better!
