Our property managers have been driving the coast to assess damage for our owners, and at this point Okaloosa Island, Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin Resort and 30A areas have suffered very minimal damage.
Attached is an image taken by one of our own last night in Miramar Beach after the storm had passed.
Power is up from Okaloosa Island all the way down 30A.
Panama City Beach Update:
We have power on the west end. Known units with power at the moment:
-Emerald Beach units
-Ocean reef 1708 (1209 is having power issues specific to unit)
-Endless Summer (has a long term renter in it now I believe)
-Southwind I9 (blocked due to balcony repairs)
-Shores of Panama units have power (2213 is not accessible because of wind damage to the door, we are working on trying to get someone to fix the front door)
We are checking on others today.
There is no WiFi or cable in any unit, including 30A.
Water has been restored coming from the west, through most of Thomas drive.
The only cell phone services working in the area are AT &T and Metro PCS.
