Hispanic Fest –Hispanic Fest is an annual festival that features live music, food from several Latin nations and more than 75 vendors, an art gallery, dance contests and more! The event is located in the Emerald Coast Convention Center and strives to bring the overall community together to share the richness of the Hispanic/Latin American culture. All proceeds from the event benefit United for a Food Cause Inc’s annual Christmas event for needy children. This year’s event is Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Schooners Lobster Festival & Tournament – You don’t want to miss the 29th Annual Lobster Festival & Tournament at Schooners! It is the largest 7-day lobster festival and tournament in the southeast and features a sand sculpting contest, huge local lobsters on weigh-in scales, fresh lobster prepared in every way you can imagine, and more. Lobster divers compete in a variety of categories like Spiny Lobster and Big 6. The event draws in lobster fans divers and fans from all over the southeast and will be held from Sept. 17 through Sept. 23 at Schooners, The Last Local Beach Club, in Panama City Beach.

Bubbly Baytowne – The Village of Baytowne Wharf welcomes all champagne lovers on Sept. 20 for a special event, Bubbly Baytowne. From 5 to 7 p.m., visitors can sip and shop through the streets of the Village. There will be a variety of retail merchants offering a selection of premium champagnes that you can try for free! 3. Less Crowded

Another great reason to vacation in the Emerald Coast in September is because there are less crowds!
