There is a washer & dryer and Keurig coffee maker in the condo for your convenience. Also, there is BRAND New (Jan 2019) gorgeous flooring in the kitchen, dining room and living room! Enjoy the FREE tram that runs to the beachfront building from 8am-6pm.

Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. This is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Across from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Terrace at Pelican Beach in Destin, Florida, offers an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, a video game room, meeting facilities, and covered parking. As part of Pelican Beach Resort, guests also have access to the amenities of Pelican Beach Resort including the lush tropical pool, poolside bar and grill, game room, shuffleboard and another fitness center. The Pelican Tiki Bar is a beach-side bar to stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix a refreshing drink to take to the beach or drink by the pool. Chan’s Market Café brews Starbucks Coffee and is open for breakfast every morning at 8:00, serving yummy pastries and scrumptious breakfast sandwiches.
