February only is available at a premium, but Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Sterling Sands requires that you check in at the Association Office upon arrival.  You will need to pay $3+tax per guest that is 5 years of age and older via Visa or Mastercard to them for amenity wristbands and parking pass prior to being allowed through security. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands needing to be replaced during your stay.*
