Just one block off Thomas Drive, you’ll be just a short stroll to the “Most Beautiful Beaches in the World”. Courtyard at the Beach is a newly updated bottom level of a 2-story home that sleeps 6 guests comfortably with a queen in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This lovely home is located on a safe, quiet street with parking for 2 cars. Boats and trailers are not allowed and will need to find public parking nearby. Come have the perfect beach vacation at Courtyard at the Beach! This house is the lower level of a duplex and can sleep 12 guests when rented together with “Tree House at the Beach”.
Conveniently located on the family friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beaches are fabulous! They are wide and deep and reminds one of "Old Florida". Just 2 blocks away is Richard J. Selzer Public Beach Access and features picnic areas, a pavilion, and restrooms. Less than 3 miles away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds.

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina & Restaurant - and the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.
Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a ride down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink on the beach.
