The Gulf Views from Twin Palms 1201 are spectacular! Large windows line the southern wall of the living room serving up endless views of the emerald waters! This well-appointed, 2BR/2BA condo boasts new flooring, updated fixtures, granite counter tops in the kitchen, and breathtaking beachfront views. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and beachfront balcony access. There’s another bedroom with a queen bed & twin bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Have your morning coffee on the Gulf Front balcony overlooking the sugar white sands and emerald waters!

*SNOWBIRD / 55+ RENTAL* Snowbird Season is November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1550 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. The Fun Pass is not available on monthly rentals.

Enjoy one free admission each day to some of the area's most popular attractions: Island Time Sunset Cruise, Gulf World, and Escape Zone 60 is available March through October.
