This unit is located in a nice cul de sac that offers a place for kids to ride bikes and play. It is walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals and stores to purchase beach essentials, if you forgot or need something it is a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. Also walking distances to Goat Feather Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip and more. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses coffee cups, wine glasses, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, crock pot and more. There is also an outdoor grill. The dining area seats four, with 3 additional seats at the bar. If you need to wash a load or two of clothes there is a stacked washer and dryer.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
