Step through the welcoming covered front porch to a beautifully decorated and updated paradise. On the first floor you'll find the open living, dining and kitchen areas with an abundance of natural light and Walnut floors. The chef in your group is in for a treat with the designer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Climb the stairs to the second floor to find the King Master Bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. You will also find another king bedroom and the laundry area on this floor. Ascend more stairs to the third floor where you will find the remaining bedrooms: Two Queen bedrooms and bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed. From this floor you gain access to the private rooftop deck, the perfect place to relax after a long beach day. The exterior of the home also boasts a propane grill and an outdoor shower. With the addition of a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home sleeps 13 comfortably. The beach access as well as the expansive 12,000 sq ft community pool are only a short walk away! *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs January through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Jan-Feb is $3300 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Parking passes will be provided equal to the number of bedrooms in the home. Not all parking spots are located directly by the home. Additional passes may be purchased for $50 each. Wristbands are required for use of the Seacrest Beach amenities and are limited to the maximum occupancy of the home.*

Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
