Adagio is an 11 acre, gated luxury community located at one of the Gulf of Mexico's highest elevations! Adagio sits atop a 38 foot bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular views and almost 600 feet of beachfront. The fabulous Italian exterior architecture with lush landscaping and European cobblestones is only rivaled by its lavish interiors. Feel your cares melting away as you float in the 1700 s.f. GulfFront Infinity Edge pool that sits directly against the dunes,provides dramatic views and is heated year round.

Experience the incredible 8000 s.f. tiered, waterfall pool that is the centerpiece of Adagio in the courtyard between the buildings or soak away your cares in the large hot tub. There is also an on-site gym, meeting room and several Viking community grilling stations placed in the resort.

Adagio is in a fantastic location with Destin only 7 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside (4.5 miles), Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex on the area's main thoroughfare, and is just a hop, skip, and jump from the Sandestin Resort. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from exclusive boutiques and eateries, renowned national retail brands, and a wide mix of specialty services.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Santa Rosa Vacay! - Beautiful newly remodeled unit right next to the beach! Bikes, bakery, pizza, donuts, and ice cream within walking distance. My only complaint was necessities were not stocked... we had to by toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt/pepper/olive oil to cook. Please consider keeping simple things like this in stock for guests staying a week. Overall great place, will definitely visit again!"

"This place is super ideal for families with young kids! Parking is convenient, + the place is extremely clean, peacefully decorated, in great condition—and so nice to have an extra ice machine!
Some other pros for this spot— it’s a corner unit for the building it’s in, and the balcony is partially shaded by several palm trees, so it feels like it is both private and still has a lovely view to the pool.
The building is very close to the beach, and although we didn’t use any of the provided equipment, we were pleasantly surprised to find several umbrellas, chairs, and other beach items in a closet for guest use. Thank you realjoy!"

"Nice, quiet area. Very clean, spacious, a lot of storage. The patio was great/ very roomy and a great view of the pools. Not a far walk to beach (no ramp if you have a wagon) There was beach chairs and beach umbrella in the closet of spare bedroom, which was nice. There no indoor pool, had to find something for the kids to do if it rained.
There are restaurants and a cute ice cream shop that is walkable distance. The staff at gate was very nice and will give you recommendations for the area.
If you are looking for a nice restaurant for a date night then check out The Bay. Great view and amazing food. I would definitely stay at Adagio again, next time will get a beach front condo."

"Perfect location and property - The condo was in walking distance to many restaurants, next to the bike and golf cart rentals, and had easy access to the bike and walking path, beach, and pool, which was perfect for my family needs. Loved hanging out on the balcony that overlooked the three tier pool. Very clean, everything worked, and the property was not crowded which is extremely important to us. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together!"

"Adagio never disappoints. - We’ve been coming to the Adagio for about 10 years. While the overall quality is still top notch, somethings are deteriorating. In our unit the master shower door didn’t shut, the kitchen sink dripped, master faucet had loose handles, the couch was comfy but was broken (think college frat house). The beds were comfy and a great time was had. Just needs some upgrades and surface repairs."

"Great property! - We had a great time! Everything was clean upon arrival and we had plenty of room. Location is very convenient. I did want to mention that the dryer does not seem to be working very efficiently. It took several times drying things in the dryer to actually get clothes dry. I just wanted to mention that in case the owners would like to know. Wonderful place!"

"This place is awesome! The location is great - a quick couple minute walk to the beach and the little town is so convenient. The condo is very nice, cleaned well, well decorated and comfortable. I also like that everything was quiet and calm. Several amenities and the beach is perfection. I also loved the gas stove, the patio that overlooks the pools and that the master is on the opposite end. The bonus bunk room is also a great touch. Only heads up is there is no hairdryer so make sure to pack one if needed!"

"Great Location! - Condo was a great home base for our quick family vacation. Fantastic beach condo in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Walkable to many restaurants in the area. We very much enjoyed the many pool option when our little ones were over the beach. I will mention that the listed is incorrect on the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed. It is actually a full size bed."

"Adagio F205 - We have stayed at many of the condos at Adagio. F205 was very good. Beautifully decorated and maintained. The only draw back is the couch in the living room. I think it's past it's shelf life. When you sit on it, you go to the floor."

"Wonderful location and property! - The property was located ideally in quaint Blue Mountain Beach. The grounds were clean and well equipped. Nice short walk to the beach from our unit, and nice to have the pool option too. My only complaint, if you can call it that, was a beach chair vendor took up all the beach space in front of the property, forcing guests to sit behind their line of unrented chairs and umbrellas."

"Wonderful Blue Mountain Adagio condo on 30A - We had a fantastic experience here. Very spacious condo, convenient 2nd floor location, clean, modern decor. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Even in January the weather was nice enough for us to take advantage of the huge outdoor balcony to have breakfast each morning. The balcony is decorated as well with very nice patio furniture. The property is outstanding. The first thing you notice is the 24 hour security monitored gated entry and exit- we really liked it and actually got to know Debbie who worked security from late afternoon through the night. The pool area is extremely spacious, updated, well taken care of and the landscaping is beautiful. Even though this isn’t a beach front unit, that doesn’t matter, the property is and the walk to the beach from our front door took all of 2 minutes. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!"

"The property is well worth the cost, especially split amongst guests. All of the amenities one would find at home are available. There is more then enough room to entertain or just relax. "Fantastic Condo! - We just completed our stay at the Adagio F205 and we absolutely loved it! We had four adults and three kids (ages 6, 5 and 2.5) and were more than comfortable. The unit was very clean, the furnishings fantastic and kitchen fully stocked. The couches have been updated from what's showing in the pictures. There is now a huge, overly sized sectional in living room that everyone could fit on. I loved it so much, I asked the rental company to find out the brand. (Couldn't find any tags on couch) The resort itself is also wonderful. The pool is gorgeous and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. My only regret - not signing the guest book!"

"{2}-Our New Happy Place- Gabby, Cullman Al - All I need to say about our stay....."Our new Happy Place" This was our first visit to Santa Rosa and the Adagio. We loved everything about it. The unit was very spacious , well maintained and decorated beautifully. We also enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool area. The heated pool was a plus. The walk to the one of the most beautiful beaches was only a short stroll. The Adagios grounds were immaculate and landscaping was beautiful. Security could be seen most everytime we were outside. Our rental was through RealJoy and they were great! They were very professional from booking until checkout. We even left our hanging bag of clothing in the unit upon check out and all it took was a couple of phone calls and our clothes arrived at our home within 3 days! A+ service! Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely use RealJoy again."

"Lovely - We loved our stay here. Probably my favorite condo at the complex (including beachfront). Decorated with such a relaxing, calm vibe. No problems, no issues and ReallJoy app and information arrived perfectly on time. Only downside was that the beds creak in almost every bedroom when you turn over.
