Adagio on 30A F205 was everything we could have asked for. It wasn’t super busy, the multiple pools were absolutely incredible, it was a quick few steps to the beach and the location was just perfection. Every condo has a beautiful view of either the pools with gorgeous palm trees or the beautiful gulf coast. I can guarantee my family and I will be staying here again! Also, RealJoy Vacations was super responsive with any questions I had! Beautiful stay!

Adagio never disappoints. This 2nd floor corner unit was beautiful and so comfortable. I loved every minute of our stay. I’ve never been to the area in November, but it was warm, sunny, and there were no crowds. I would definitely visit in the late fall again and would have no problem staying in this unit again. Real joy was super responsive. We had an issue with the AC, but Real Joy quickly placed us somewhere else for the night and we were able to get back to our original accommodations the following day once the issue was resolved.
We really enjoyed this location with how close it was to the beach & pool. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for us! We traveled as a family of 11, with three infants and several foster children. There was plenty of space for all the kids to spread out as well as a great location for the adults. Great balcony to overlook the pool for afternoon and night swims while the babies rested we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Wonderful condo for our family vacation! We loved how close we were to the pools and beach. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. This place was beautiful, phenomenal, spotless, everything a family needs.... Highly recommend it.
The only negative I have to say here about the experience had nothing to do with this place or host, but instead with "La Dolce Vita", the company that does the umbrellas at the beach.. they have a dumb policy of no awnings (which mine was a "Nesso" and not an ugly thing), was forced to take it down, the guy "Santiago" was extremely rude and threatening to have us evicted, when asked are you threatening, he responded with "is not a threat, its a promise! I am already in touch with the property manager and will have you evicted". that part was a very unpleasant experience and it took all I could muster to not loose it with this guy.
Other than this, I highly recommend this place, its gorgeous.

We really enjoyed the unit this week. It was nicely updated and a good location overlooking the pool. The property was great and we enjoyed walking easily to the beach. The general area was nice much calmer than the Seagrove side of Seaside. We would visit the property again.

We had an amazing experience at Santa Rosa Beach! Our trip was made very pleasant by staying at this beautiful and comfortable condo. The location is amazing, overlooking a beautiful pool area and just around the corner from the ocean. The balcony was large and had comfortable seating, and the inside space was spacious, bright and coastal! You can rent a golf cart from the store in the front building, or find many bike rentals. This location is easily accessible to Seaside and Grayton Beach areas by golf cart or biking. We loved this area and our host were amazing. We will be staying here again!

Very nice and spacious. Plenty of room. Large deck with pool view. Umbrellas and chairs were available in closet for use and they did provide hair dryers even though they weren’t listed. The only complaint inside is not enough toilet paper (1 role per bathroom for a week so bring or buy some). Outside beaches are beautiful however be prepared to rent or be crowded in by the umbrella /chair rental set ups on beach. The condo area is very deep and narrow so not a wide beach area. The pool is very large and nice definitely a great place for children. Overall we had a great time and it met our expectations for the week. We did appreciate the ice maker also!

This condo was beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the whole stay went very smoothly. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in all 3 rooms, especially with teenagers. The in cabinet ice maker in the kitchen was awesome. We use a ton of ice. The pool was big and super clean. We really loved this property! The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The premises were well kept and very clean. Only one minimal issue was that the "queen bed" was actually a full size bed so it was tight for an adult couple.

This property was great. Even in the colder conditions, it was everything we had expected. RealJoy was so easy to deal with. They sent messages regularly checking in. I don’t need much, but when I messaged them, Christopher was very quick to respond and was super helpful. I would highly recommend staying with a RealJoy property and I know that our family will be staying again.

This property was ideal for our family. The weather was colder than we had hoped. However, a large hot tub and heated pool made it more manageable for my kids. The place felt so safe.
RealJoy was specifically easy to deal with. They sent messages with suggestions of things to do, places to eat, etc. When I did reach out to them Christopher was great and so fast to respond. I highly recommend this location. We will be staying in this area again most definitely, and when we do we will look for a RealJoy managed property.

This place is super ideal for families with young kids! Parking is convenient, + the place is extremely clean, peacefully decorated, in great condition—and so nice to have an extra ice machine!
Some other pros for this spot— it’s a corner unit for the building it’s in, and the balcony is partially shaded by several palm trees, so it feels like it is both private and still has a lovely view to the pool.
The building is very close to the beach, and although we didn’t use any of the provided equipment, we were pleasantly surprised to find several umbrellas, chairs, and other beach items in a closet for guest use. Thank you realjoy!

Nice, quiet area. Very clean, spacious, a lot of storage. The patio was great/ very roomy and a great view of the pools. Not a far walk to beach (no ramp if you have a wagon) There was beach chairs and beach umbrella in the closet of spare bedroom, which was nice. There no indoor pool, had to find something for the kids to do if it rained.
There are restaurants and a cute ice cream shop that is walkable distance. The staff at gate was very nice and will give you recommendations for the area.
If you are looking for a nice restaurant for a date night then check out The Bay. Great view and amazing food. I would definitely stay at Adagio again, next time will get a beach front condo.

This place is awesome! The location is great - a quick couple minute walk to the beach and the little town is so convenient. The condo is very nice, cleaned well, well decorated and comfortable. I also like that everything was quiet and calm. Several amenities and the beach is perfection. I also loved the gas stove, the patio that overlooks the pools and that the master is on the opposite end. The bonus bunk room is also a great touch. Only heads up is there is no hairdryer so make sure to pack one if needed!

The property is well worth the cost, especially split amongst guests. All of the amenities one would find at home are available. There is more then enough room to entertain or just relax. The highly visited areas are only a short drive away to the east or west allowing for a sense of peace and quiet when you return to your condo. Highly recommend
