"The home, community, pool, and ocean are all beautiful. It’s very nice riding bikes in the quiet community and accessible to all of the shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the ocean is very peaceful with the trees, and we thought the distance to the water was all described well, and easy to get to on the provided bikes. A lovely stay overall!"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house is in a secluded & pristine gated community. The house itself was very pretty and very clean. I think it was better than the pictures.
And it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. (But you do have to supply anything food related you may need. There's not even salt & pepper on hand)
Its a very short drive to the beach. The private beach connected to the neighborhood is nice & convenient, although the boardwalk leading to the beach is fairly long. We had to drive & park by the pool area & head to the beach from there with our gear. Walking from the house would have been too far but biking from there is fairly easy as well.

"We absolutely love our stay at 123 Anchor Road!! A Home away from home!! We would recommend cutting or removing the palm plants between the front drive — very difficult to unpack, pack and utilize vehicle with kiddos and older family members. Some have low or no plants in that location. Just a free opinion with respect!!👍🏻😀

"Fun Fall Getaway - We loved our stay in Watersound West. This house was the perfect size for our family of four and the bikes were a great perk. We rode them every day to the beach, pool and down to Seaside. We had one small maintenance issue and the property management addressed it quickly. We look forward to our next trip back!"

"Wonderful visit to Watersound West Beach - This home was everything that we were hoping for during our one week stay. There were a couple of minor issues that the property management addressed really quickly. The 4 included bikes were a nice touch. Our child's favorite part of this community is the pool and I love riding bikes around the community without fear of being hit. We hope to return as soon as we can. Thank you!"

"The house was wonderful! It was so convenient to take the bikes out for a ride down 30A. While the walk to the beach was a bit far, having a wagon to roll everything down there made it much easier. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the house!"

"Great stay love Watersound - Excellent property & location! The house was amazing. Came with plenty of beach chairs, toys, & even a wagon. Perfect layout for a large family.
The only issue was... the couch was pretty stained and ripped. Made me feel a little strange sitting on it.

"Wonderful place to stay! The four of us loved the beanbags which were great for game night. The beach is in walking distance, however, the property is at the front of the complex, so you may want to drive to the back of the complex and park near the pool/ take the rental bikes. It’ll save you some steps and energy! We would definitely stay here again!"

"WaterSound West on 30A - Gorgeous home, very clean, with large rooms! Quiet community, perfect for riding bikes! Beautiful pool area with bike trail to beach access! Close enough to bike to the Hub as well. We loved this property and really enjoyed our stay!!
The only slight misunderstanding was that this property was not part of the WaterSound clubhouse and restaurant or the three main pools. We have stayed in WaterSound before, and thought we would have access to all the pools again but apparently it is only certain homes booked through one rental agency now. When we called to check about getting our amenities pass, the rental company was very kind, said they would double check on that property specifics and call me back. They called back right away and very professionally explained the accommodations.
The WaterSound West pool was very nice and almost seemed private since it was just being used by that section of the community. The beach access was also nice and had a separate trail for bikes, and one for pedestrians. It would have been much farther to go to the other pools, and honestly I just missed having access to the clubhouse with food and drinks! But it was far more affordable to pack the cooler for the beach, and the house was close enough to the pool to bike back for lunch as well. Bruno’s pizza is also a quick bike ride and they have great lunch specials!

"Lovely home, well decorated. Had all the essentials for preparing basic meals. Enjoyed having the bikes to get back and forth to the pool and beach. The home had some beach chairs but you can also rent umbrellas and chairs from a third party company on the beach. It's quite a hike to the beach via boardwalk which may be difficult with younger ones and beach gear in tow. I was travelling with teens so they were able to carry their own gear."

"This place was fantastic!! Great location.. close to seaside, and other beaches & the hub. Pretty much in the middle of everything! We rode bikes to the Hub one night for dinner & outdoor movie. My husband & I took my teenage daughter & her friends & they loved the house. It’s adorable & so clean & a perfect floor-plan for 4 teenagers & my husband & I. The quiet, cute neighborhood was wonderful & the private beach was close and so pretty. Loved being able to ride bikes to the private beach. The hosts were accommodating when we arrived early .. they let us ride the bikes around neighborhood & swim in neighborhood pool even though we couldn’t check in yet. Thank you!"

"Absolutely gorgeous home with stylish decor and plenty of space. It’s in a super quiet location with a screened in back porch overlooking lush greenery. We really enjoyed taking the bikes out for rides with our kids and there is an easy trail that leads to the pool and beach. There are also amazing boardwalk walking trails throughout. Only minutes from seaside shops and restaurants."
