This 17th floor, BEACH FRONT condo is in the perfect spot close to Pier Park, so you can enjoy a vacation that is as relaxing or exciting as you want. The master suite has a king size bed and an attached bathroom!  The guest room also has a King size bed and there are also twin bunks in the hall! For extra sleeping room, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.  This lovely unit in Panama City Beach sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

In the heart of Panama City Beach, Aqua Resort features a luxurious Gulf Front, 22 story high rise only 0.4 miles from Pier Park and within walking distance to Gulf World! Park in the covered parking garage and walk across the air-conditioned walkover into the Grand Lobby surrounded by water gardens. The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.
