Welcome to Aqua Resort 2103 in beautiful Panama City Beach! This beachfront 3 bed/3 bath unit boasts an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms, and multiple flat screen TVs. The main master suite has a king size bed, attached bathroom, and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony! There are two twin beds in the 2nd master suite with an ensuite bathroom. The guest room provides another king bed, beach views, and balcony access. For extra sleeping room, there is a comfy queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This lovely Panama City Beach unit sleeps 8 guests comfortably! This unit also has a full sized washer and dryer for you convenience. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*

Park in the covered parking garage and walk across the air-conditioned walkover into the Grand Lobby surrounded by water gardens. The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Additional amenities are a poolside café with WIFI and TV’s, poolside grilling area, and 4 high speed elevators so there is little wait time between the FUN. Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.
