"Perfect location - Loved the location and the check in process was a breeze. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Only one, small suggestion. The ceiling fan in the living room REALLY needs replaced. Everything else was clean and modern, but the poor, wobbly ceiling fan could use a $100 upgrade…in my humble opinion. 🙂
Oh, and the master bed (king), seemed to have queen sized (or too small) sheets on it. They came off every night and we kept getting tangled up in them while we slept.
Nothing is ever perfect, but this one was pretty close! We will be back. Thanks for allowing us to visit your property!"

"New favorite vacation spot - The condo was in a great location with a wonderful view of the ocean. Chair service was nice since we did not have to carry as many things down to the beach. The shower was amazing!
Cons: the beds have a couple spots that sink in. The were multiple places with conflicting information regarding the thermostat settings.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to book again sometime in the future."

No ice maker or ice trays, would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have picked up ice. View is great & beach kept very clean. "Weekend Get Away - Clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth. Love big shower. Being on 3rd floor eliminates most elevator wait time. One improvement would be better curtains on bedroom windows and door to darken the room more in the early morning. Will rent this unit again."

"Great Spring Break vacation destination - We throughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua. The location was perfect, the beach with chair service was fantastic, the pools and deck were nicely maintained. We were able to walk to several great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Parking was convenient and safe. The condo location on the 3rd floor, the same floor as the walkway to the parking garage was very convenient. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The master shower was amazing. The only critique I have is that the unit could use a little more of a “deep” clean and the rug in the living area needs to be replaced. Otherwise we are very happy with our stay!"

"Perfect Location - We just LOVED this condo. It was just perfect, super convenient to everything that we needed. Parking deck/walkway is on the same level as the condo, the condo was close, but not too close, to the elevator that takes you to the pool. The pools were beautiful, easy access to the beach, plus there are 2 beach chairs with an umbrella already assigned to the condo, which was a nice surprise! There were tons of bath towels provided which was great, very clean condo and included everything you'd need. I loved that it was so close to Pier Park. We didn't need our car even once while we were here, within walking distance to literally everything you'd need. Loved loved loved it. We will definitely be back!"

"Great stay - We had a great long weekend getaway. The room was very clean. Check in was smooth, and everything was as advertised. The furniture was great quality, as well, but the best part was having that large shower available after a long day on the beach.
A couple of nuances. The blinds weren’t secured very well to the door going from the bedroom to the porch. We pulled them off the door the first time we went to open them. The washing machine also didn’t work for us, causing a bit of a scare, as our clothes got locked in the washer. We actually had to flip the breaker off, then back on to get the washer to unlock so we could get our clothes out. All minor issues. Overall, a great property and will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful View - We were there for only 2 nights so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but the room was amazing! Very clean with a wonderful view. The outdoor pool was too cool to swim in but my kids did swim in the heated indoor pool. Having the beach service with the chairs was an added plus!"

"The place is as nice as pictured. A lovely home away from home. The location is perfect. You can walk down to Pier Park or the fishing pier. There are several nice eating places within walking distance as well. There is a Walmart and Target about a mile away.
The condo is so nice with everything you need for a nice stay. The view is absolutely amazing. We are hoping to book the same condo for our trip next year. All in all it was a wonderful experience."

"This place is spotless and perfect for a beach getaway. New appliances and kitchen equipment were a great treat because we like to cook. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the beach and pool experience was pretty much perfect. The building is large but you never feel overcrowded (even on Spring Break) like at some places. Some very minor issues at check in but once we figured out where to park, everything was super smooth. Really felt like I got my money's worth with this rental."
