Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

Let’s make your stay at Aquavista Enjoyable and Safe!
• To rent a unit you must be 25 years or older and must be present for duration of stay. Only the number
of guests that the individual unit is authorized to sleep are allowed to occupy the unit.
1 person per 200 square feet or 2 bedrooms are 6 persons & 3 bedrooms are 8 persons including
children) No exceptions to the ordinance.
• QUIET HOURS-Are observed between 11pm and 8am. No occupant will create any disturbance during
that time period. The volume of your devices and sounds should be kept to a level that cannot be
heard outside your condo. Playing of vehicle devices or stereo’s loudly in the parking garage, pool deck
and other common areas is strictly prohibited at all times. Individual unit construction hours are
8:00am – 6:00pm
• DO NOT TAKE LUGAGGE CARTS INTO THE UNITS. Carts must be returned to the parking level after use.
Grocery type carts are strictly prohibited onto the property. Carts supplied by Aquavista are NOT to be
used for construction material, by contractors, vendors, or cleaning personnel. CHILDREN ARE NOT
• No one shall jump or play in the elevators. Those responsible or their guardians will be held
accountable for any damages.
• NO FIREWORKS allowed on the property, walkways, balconies, or the beach.
• NO SOLICITATION of any kind is allowed on the property.
• NO SMOKING allowed on the property except in designated smoking areas in parking garage.
• Discharging of firearms is strictly prohibited.
• Operation of Drones are prohibited on property and balconies, unless authorized in advance by
association or in an official capacity.
• Parking permits and owner decals must be displayed at all times while vehicle is on the property. (All
others may be towed at the owner’s expense). A parking pass must be obtained at not to exceed 2 vehicles per unit due to limited spaces. On peak holidays
vehicles are limited to 1 vehicle per unit. Speed limit for all vehicles in the parking garage is 5 mph.
Parking garage has a 7 foot height limit and turning restrictions so oversized vehicles are prohibited.

are allowed.
• Vendors must display a vendor permit in vehicle which contains contact information. Cleaning crews
must have a vendor permit displayed in vehicle and must use perimeter parking spaces only.

Management is onsite during weekdays only and is located at the office near the pool area
• No articles of clothing, towels, flags, or other items are to be hung on railings.
• No throwing of objects of any kind from the balcony.
• No climbing or leaning over balcony railings.
• Walkways & stairwells are fire exits. No articles are to be left or stored in these areas. Items left in
walkways and stairwells will be removed if found to be impeding the exits.
• All garbage is to be bagged and placed in trash chutes at the end of each walkway.
• Hallways and front doors must be free of all chairs and accessories.
• No glass table tops on balconies.
• No charging of electric vehicles from balconies or common area receptacles.
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Observe the rules posted at the pool deck and hot tub. Hours of use are
• NO GLASS CONTAINERS on the pool deck. No food in the pool area.
• Pool chairs and loungers are provided on a first come first served basis. All pool furniture is the
property of Aquavista and shall remain in the pool area.
• Children NOT potty trained MUST wear swim diapers. No horseplay, running or diving.
• No children under 6 years of age allowed in spa. Children 6 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• PETS ARE ALLOWED FOR OWNERS ONLY. All owner pets must be on a leash. On elevators all pets are
to be kept on a 1 foot leash. All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
• No feeding of feral cats
• No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the clubhouse unless accompanied by an owner.
• Clubhouse must be cleaned and trash removed after each use, per Clubhouse Care Instructions.
• Fitness Center is for Owner use only. Must abide by posted rules. No children under the age 16 are
allowed unless accompanied by an owner.
• Construction may be performed onsite during the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm. No construction noise
permitted past 6:00pm (i.e., banging, hammering,sawing etc.)
• All construction debris must be hauled offsite by contractor, vendor, or unit owner from AV premises
daily. No debris shall be disposed of in trash chutes. Do not place debris in front of AV dumpsters.
• Only licensed and insured contractors or vendors may perform work at Aquavista.
• Management must be notified in advance of any construction work performed in units

"February Get Away - The property was very lovely and comfortable. The balcony was great with an amazing view of the ocean. The amenities were nice."

"Great time at aquca vista - We always love it. We have been coming there for at least 20 yrs. That was the first visit to that room. It was great. I would suggest that they look over the kitchen utensils. There needed to have, culander, there was no can opener. More essentials for cooking. There was a problem with Internet and bath shower draining but the maintenance was quick to come and accommodate us. Loved coming there and hope to return next year again. Good visit.👍"
