Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!
Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Me and my family felt like home here. Place as described, clean and well taken care of. Pool is a great alternative if you have little ones.
My 4y old and 15 m old kids they enjoyed it every day.
Kitchen is well furnished. I wish I could only have available some spices to cook as we prefer to have our meals at home especially because of the little kids.
Beautiful view and amazing beaches and ocean. Stunning sunset.

The condo was in a great location and very modern and clean inside. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and the pools were amazing and had areas especially for our granddaughters who were ages 2 and 12. There was shopping and many restaurants nearby and the Cabana Cafe on the ground floor had wonderful food and great service. Overall we had a great and relaxing beach vacation.- Posted: 6/9/2024

The host was responsive and very helpful with check in. One issue - the blanket in the basket was dirty and there were no other blankets or anything to wash them with. I would suggest adding extra comforters for the closets - especially with the cooler months coming. Otherwise it was just as was described.- Posted: 10/1/2023

Me and my family of 4 definitely enjoyed our week stay here! Beautiful views of the beach, loved sitting on the balcony! Pools were a plus since we only were able to get into the water at the beach 1/6 days of being there, red and double red flags ( dangerous rip currents/ closed to the public) were up most of the time so, at least we were still able to keep cool and enjoy the water at either of the two pools available. I had only one minor issue when checking in. Checking in with security was easy, it was finding out what floor I was suppose to be on for our unit 1107. When calling RealJoy for assistance, they explained that it was obvious and I was going to the 11th floor, hence my unit # 1107. For ppl who’ve never been there before and are from out of town, I think the floor # should be included in the instructions rather than just putting the unit # and expecting everyone will know because it’s “obvious”. Great place lots to do along the strip. I was looking for something convenient but family friendly as I had elderly parents and children. People in the area were very pleasant. Great Condo
This condo was amazing. The pictures don’t do the views justice. My family and I were very relaxed in here. It had all the amenities we needed plus more. The restaurant conveniently located on the main floor was really great food. The checkin info was accurate. This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will definitely be back. Enjoyable vacation!
The condo was exactly as described and comfortably slept our family of 6. There were some slight issues when we checked in but the property management group addressed them quickly when they were notified and we had no further problems during our stay. Beach access was quick but was slightly crowded. Also during our stay one of the elevators in the building was frequently out of service so the wait for an elevator was sometimes long, especially close to check out/check in times.- Posted: 6/29/2021

My husband and I have been coming to Ariel Dunes 1 for 15 years 1-2 times a year and have stayed in different Condo’s. This Condo was absolutely beautiful! Loved the decor! Beds slept great! Perfect for a mini get away or even an extended stay.
The property was big enough for some social distancing. The unit we stayed in was super clean and got everything we need as a family. The kids loved the bunk bed. I personally loved the balcony facing the ocean and that the unit had everything down to the washer and dryer. Cooking in instead of going out to eat made it easier for me. Everything. The view, the short walk to the beach, the cleanliness. It was exceptional. The only drawback was the bed in the master, it made too much noise. Too much adult extracurricular activities I guess lol... It definitely put a damper on my adult time and sleep.- Posted: 9/30/2020

This condo is so freaking cute and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was spotless upon check in. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven and so much more. We are a family of 5 and the size was perfect for us.
