"Great place and great location with a wonderful balcony view and all the comforts of a home. - What breakfast? Anyway, the accommodations were spectacular. Me and my girlfriends loved it. With one exception, we could not use the third bedroom as it was designed for young children. Plenty of space on the beach to share with provided seating.
There was no one there to check us in and so I had to communicate via e-mail and wait for a response. We had to investigate the premises on our own to find everything, but the other guests that were there shared information happily."

"Many Positives with a Few Negatives - For not being on the ocean the view was great. Convenient location. The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great balcony that connects to both the main bedroom and the family room. Some minor repairs are needed along with upgrading a few things (sent a list to the property manager) to improve this condo from good to great."

"We booked this space for a quiet weekend getaway for a friend’s birthday. The condo was exactly as pictured and in a perfect location. We were only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and a few minutes’ drive to restaurants, stores and the outlet. We ordered takeout for breakfast on the balcony complete with the perfect ocean view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, even in the rain and we never heard our neighbors. It was the perfect socially distanced COVID friendly vacation. The front bunk beds are a little small and cramped for any adult, but would probably work for small children under 12. We opted out of sleeping in that room, but there was still plenty of sleeping space for the 4 of us in the other rooms. We would definitely rent this unit again."

"Amazing stay! - Most beautiful place I’ve stayed in Destin! Beautiful views and in the heart of it all. Close to the stores, gas stations and food! I was super pleased with how they had everything you need in the kitchen, I didn’t even need to bring my handheld blender to make a cake lol the decor is amazing and it was super comfy. The only problem I had was with communication with the property at times during this pandemic. The kids absolutely fell in love. Thanks for an amazing stay!"

"Great views - Overall our experience was great! Having access to the beach and pools were very beneficial for us since we have younger kids who cannot spend the entire day in the Florida sun. The option of the heated pool was also great for night swims. The only obstacle we had was there was no pantry or cabinet space to put our food so it all sat on the floor in the dining area."

"FREAKING AMAZING!!!!! - This was my first time coming to the Destin, FL area, but it will not be my last!!! This property was truly something speacial!!! The view was breath-taking!!! The condo had everthing we needed and was cleaner than the bill of health!!! I must say, that RealJoy will always be my choice when booking through HomeAway!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!!! "Great week-long stay!! - Myself, my husband, my two kids, and my mom stayed in this room from June 25 thru June 29th 2017. It was VERY clean and spacious. It definitely lived up to all our expectations. The only issues we had during our stay was the cable not working too good, but we were later informed that there was an outage in the area. Once that was resolved, we never had another issue. I would absolutely book this room again!!"

"Wonderful condo! - This was one of the cleanest condos we've been in! The view was wonderful and it wasn't too far to walk to the beach either. We loved that there was a little beach bar on the beach to get drinks at and also by the pool at the Cabana Cafe. Another nice bonus is that the Cabana Cafe will deliver up to your condo. The bunk room was perfect for our 2 girls-- they loved having their own room and the TV with DVD player in there was great for them. FYI, the top bunk does not have a guard rail on it, so parents with small children or those that toss and turn in the night, this might be something for you to think about. Overall though, this condo worked perfectly for us and we'd definitely stay here again!"
