Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!
Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!
Area Attractions:
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My girlfriend and I did not utilize the either of the two pools, but they did appear nice/clean as we walked by them daily.
Condo is beachfront with a nice view. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Is a 2-3 minute walk. There is beach access directly across the street. Beach area is very clean with incredible white sand and crystal clear waters! It is almost as if you’re at the Caribbean with the emerald green and blue water.
Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. All within a very short drive of the condo. Louisiana Lagniappi and Pazzo Italiano were two personal favorites. Several good places to eat within walking distance and even the restaurant at the base of Tower I, the Cabana Cafe, was good. We ate several things from there throughout our stay."

Location is great. Everything to meet our needs, is within walking distance, or a very short drive. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping venues and more.
The Cabana Cafe located on the ground floor has great food, a band, dancing, and TVs to watch all the sports you want...and it's kid friendly. We met many nice people that we have still stayed in contact with.
The facilities (pools, gym, grounds etc) are always well maintained, and the security is great.
