"Fantastic Location!! - This room is fantastic for a family of 5 to stay in! We brought the kids grandfather as well and still had plenty of room. The incorporated twin beds fit my 12 year old and 9 year old well! There is a fold out couch in the living room and if you don’t want to use that there is enough room for a blow up mattress or two! The master bedroom has a fancy bed that massages and lifts the feet and head as well! The view is fantastic, even with the room being off the road a little bit! I recommend anyone staying here!!
I did not count off on the room for this but the Ariel Dunes location is a bit outdated and the elevators were acting up the entire week! As we were leaving the elevators had gotten so bad they were stopping on every floor and one of them had become inoperable.
All in all, the room itself is fantastic! I would recommend anyone staying here!!!"

"Definitely recommend. Great condo, great location. Listing is accurately depicted. Clean. Easy instructions. Everything you need is there, including an ironing board/iron. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure.
My girlfriend and I did not utilize the either of the two pools, but they did appear nice/clean as we walked by them daily.
Condo is beachfront with a nice view. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Is a 2-3 minute walk. There is beach access directly across the street. Beach area is very clean with incredible white sand and crystal clear waters! It is almost as if you’re at the Caribbean with the emerald green and blue water.
Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. All within a very short drive of the condo. Louisiana Lagniappi and Pazzo Italiano were two personal favorites. Several good places to eat within walking distance and even the restaurant at the base of Tower I, the Cabana Cafe, was good. We ate several things from there throughout our stay."

"We loved the views of the ocean from the 23rd floor balcony!. The perfect place to come back after a day at beach. Very walkable to the beach. Condo itself has nice amenities, such as big screen TV, nice kitchen. The balcony was our favorite though! Had breakfast and happy hour out on the balcony. 5/5, would recommend!!"

"Easy check in with beautiful views! The bed is a little small but it’s not uncomfortable. The kitchen has just about everything you could need. I feel like the location is pretty central to a lot of good places and things to do. If I were to make recommendations to RealJoy I would say to provide more toilet paper (half our roll was gone when we arrived), and maybe some beach chairs that guests could use. 2 different check out instructions said to leave the temp on 78° and 74° so clarification would be good. Other than that, everything was great and I recommend staying here for the view alone!"

"We rented a condo on the 23rd floor, directly in the center. The view was truly stunning. Everything was Five Star. The people from Real Joy were the best. Their response to our questions and need of assistance (something as small as helping us figure out how to work the TV) was met with courtesy and kindness. Their response time was immediate.
Location is great. Everything to meet our needs, is within walking distance, or a very short drive. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping venues and more.
The Cabana Cafe located on the ground floor has great food, a band, dancing, and TVs to watch all the sports you want...and it's kid friendly. We met many nice people that we have still stayed in contact with.
The facilities (pools, gym, grounds etc) are always well maintained, and the security is great.
Highly reccomend!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this condo. First, it was SO CLEAN when we arrived. Secondly, the location! No it is not directly on the beach. It’s about a 8 minute flat surface walk on concrete until you get to the sand. (I’m a slow walker. So for a fast walker it would be less time) I didn’t mind it at all. Most of the walk is shaded by the 2 buildings on each side of the driveway. There’s several washing stations to get all the sand off also. This condo has a cute cafe on the main floor that has really good food. They also deliver to the condo. It is also close to sooo many restaurants. Our favorite was Pompano Joe’s on the beach. It’s only a 3 mile drive. The bed in the master suite is electric so you can raise the head and foot of the bed which was amazing. I will 100% be staying here again and have recommended this condo to all of my friends. The only slight con was I did not receive a email with the smart lock code so I had to call the 24/7 line. But it was a easy fix and they sent the code right away! Thank you for making our vacation even more amazing!"

"Birthday vacay! - The condo was absolutely beautiful and the welcome was very nice. The view was amazing! We even saw dolphins the morning we were leaving from the balcony! A cooler bag was provided which helped saved us some money. Overall this was the best condo I’ve stayed at in Destin. Highly recommend this place!
One small thing we were unable to find was the pool and fitness center code. Other than that amazing :)"

"Everything was as advertised in the listing. The home was clean and great proximity to the beach. We love Ariel dunes because of the amenities and the beach access. The entire complex is well kept. The only trouble I had was communicating with Realjoy and their response time. They have a text option with much faster response time. I couldn’t find the code to get into the pool but it may be in the home, I just didn’t see it. We were able to get the code from the office so it was not a big deal but this would be helpful to have on the portal or in the home."

"You may be upset! - Within 15 minutes of check in, I was soooo UPSET, I mean out right ANGRY. The issue was I should have BOOKED MORE time!!!
I would have been upset anyway, unless I lived in this unit.
I opened the door to hear relaxing smooth Jazz playing, nice touch Realjoy. Did a quick walk through the main bedroom and restrooms, turned the corner & saw the view! It took my breath away. I enjoyed my solo trip tremendously, it was just what I needed.
You will not be disappointed in this space or with the view. However, YOU MAY BE UPSET if you didn't book more time.
This pictures of the Unit are exactly as shown with one exception. The pictures on the site, of the view from the back balcony does it no justice. The view alone was worth every penny spent. If you are preparing meals, bring your grocery everything else you need is there!
Don't forget your log in for TV apps if you will watch TV. There is cable TV (don't know what channels), I was to busy on the beach or chilling on the balcony with a good book, glass of wine and some fresh fruit.
The beach is only a few steps away, ENJOY!!"
