"We loved our stay! Beautiful condo, great location, and stunning views! Easy access to the beach. There were several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart available in the room. We rented a golf cart from the cafe downstairs and were able to get to the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Would highly recommend!"

"THE view! Absolutely stunning! The place was nice and spacious, and the location was great. A couple of things as FYIs: I have stayed at other AirBNBs where extra stuff left was kept for the next guest and I feel like that works out well enough. When they say no condiments or anything, literally not even salt and pepper. Everything I purchased that wasn’t quickly perishable I wish I could have left for the next guest to utilize but I had to take home or throw away. (Some water bottles, seasonings, ketchup, juice boxes, dish soap, laundry soap…). The ARE some beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon and a smaller umbrella to use! I specifically asked RealJoy and they said no, but they ARE there. Walk to the beach takes about 4-5 mins. Beds weren’t bad. The pullout was rough though. No cleaning products if a mess happens. Not even some left over spray to wipe down the countertops after meals (we used dish soap).
Overall: Would stay again!!"

"The place was beautiful. We had a lovely time, the only thing I would like to let you know is the room with the two beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. I would recommend for you guys to change the mattresses out. The couple who slept in those beds said they didn't get good sleep due to the mattress being worn out, squeaky, & uncomfortable. "This penthouse unit was lovely. The balcony was huge and perfect for a large party with lots of high quality patio furniture. The patio was shaded in the afternoon & evening. The layout of the condo was great-large closets, large bathrooms and overall very spacious. The view of the ocean is incredible. This condo is close to the outlet mall, tons of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The pickleball courts were our favorite and the pools were great."

"The location of the condo was great! The beach was just a short walk across the street. Love that there were 4 elevators so the wait was never too long except on check out day when everyone was leaving at the same time. Just like the other reviews, the views were beautiful. The home was clean and you can tell they did a proper job as there was no dust. Aside from the furniture being outdated and could use a new rug in the living room, this was a great rental for a quick getaway. I would definitely recommend."

"Amazing property! We absolutely loved it, from check-in to the day we checked out. It was easy to enter using a PIN code, and communication was terrific. There are TWO gorgeous balconies with incredible ocean views. There was plenty of room to spread out and have friends come to visit. There’s a large table for dining inside and another large table on the corner balcony outside. You walk down the sidewalk to the ocean, and the sand is white, soft, and wonderful under the feet. One of the pools is heated in the off season. Great restaurants are close by, but we cooked most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The only recommendation we have is to make recycling available for plastic, aluminum cans, bottles, etc. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend."

"This was a fantastic condo! Everything was nice and clean. All instructions were easy to follow. The condo had plenty of space, towels, and of course a breathtaking view!!! The host were great as well. They checked in on us throughout this it stay. We reported that workers we working on the roof prior to 8am and they took care of it right way!! Someone even called the follow day to make sure it had been addressed. They even were so kind to get us 175 back because of the disturbance!!! (Still waiting on that but I do appreciate it) Definitely 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.
The property also has a great cafe with delicious food on the the first floor and a on site golf cart rental!! We will never stay in Destin without a golf cart AGAIN!!"

"The place was pretty maintained and clean and the views were breathtaking. The patio at that height with the sea view was the cherry on the cake. It also made star gazing mesmerizing at night, you might even catch a falling star with that view. Definitely on the list of palaces to stay when in Destin."

"Beautiful condo with amazing views! - The condo was perfect for our stay there with friends. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and each had their own bath. The patio was a wonderful space to view the gorgeous beaches. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there and there was an issue with bugs on the patio late afternoon to evening. So we didn’t get to use it near as much as we had hoped. There were beach chairs available for us to use, along with a beach wagon which was very nice. However we were disappointed that the rules for the private beach do not allow you to use sunshades. We have never stayed anywhere before where they were forbidden. So unfortunately we couldn’t spend as much time on the beach as we would’ve liked without Shade.
Also the heated pool was very cold for March. Hardly anyone was in the pool during our stay. But had it been warm enough, the pools are large and would be a lovely place to hang out if you were tired of the beach. They do a rule that you can not play any music out loud at the pool which was also a surprise. I would recommend looking up all the rules online for the resort and their beaches before booking.
The kitchen was well equipped and the owners/managers were very responsive to our questions throughout the week.
The condo could use more seating in the living room since it sleeps 8 and there is only seating for 5. We also missed the footstools that were pictured in the listing but are no longer in the condo. A few extra blankets and pillows would have been nice also.
But over all I give it 5 starts and would highly recommend both the Miramar Beach area and this ReaLJoy condo. It is lovely!"

"Dream vacation rental - I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures on the website do no justice for how amazing this property is. We loved having meals out on the private balcony and the views were incredible. We loved that we could go to bed early and the rest of the family could stay up and we couldn’t hear them through the walls. The owners left us a sweet gift for Christmas and New Years. If you get a chance to stay here DO IT!"

"Killer Views - We would like to thank the property owners for sharing their beautiful condo.
This was a really special time for my family together and celebration of life. My dad who is a two-time cancer survivor, the last being Stage III, request was to see the ocean one more time.
The condo offered panoramic views of the ocean on the front side of the condo, and even the side coming into the place. A beautiful golf course in front as we entered.
Everything you would possibly need was made available at this place. They even had a few floats, beach chairs, umbrellas and more.
I loved the fact that the facility had a trash chute to dispose of trash. Unlike many places where a stay of a week or more would pile up on you.
When we went to get groceries for the place, the facility actually had shopping carts that you could put your groceries in instead of taking them all the way up by hand with many trips on the elevator. We have never seen this anywhere we have rented before, and loved it!
The place had three bedrooms with separate bathrooms for each. No sharing....loved this!
The sunrises were absolutely breathtaking and the views of all the lights and skyline of the city at night a must see!
A beautiful trip and place...Memories made with my family and especially my dad will always be remembered.
Thank you for making everything so easy and special for us! Xplorie was so helpful, and people were very attentive to my Dad's needs when we took our boating excursion at "Boogies".
This may seem like a small thing to most, but not to us!

"We planned to spend the first week of September in Myrtle Beach, but hurricane Dorian forced us to change our plans last minute. I'm so glad it did. Not only are the Gulf beaches hard to beat, the penthouse was absolutely beautiful. Checking in was a breeze, it was stocked with all the basics like linings and kitchen essentials. This unit is just across the street from the beach, but the breathtaking views of the ocean and bay make it absolutely worth the stroll. The oversized balcony made it easy for our entire group to dine alfresco and take in beautiful sunrises. Not only would I recommend this unit to anyone, I plan to book it again."

"Absolutely stunning! - This was our most favorite place we've stayed so far. It's breathtaking. The condo is well kept, extremely clean and updated. The pools are clean and well kept and it's a very short walk to the beach. The balconies is what sold me on this unit. Pictures can't do it justice. The view is just amazing and it's very private. I'd recommend this place to anyone and we plan to go back. The one and only thing I'd recommend they change is better mattresses and bedding. It wasn't bad and was still comfortable but could definitely be better. I have back problems and joint issues so I'm in a lot of pain most days and am probably more picky about bedding than most. I prefer memory foam and a light down comforter. But everything else was over the top great! We very much enjoyed our stay!"

The view, the way it is decorated, especially like the covered balcony overlooking the beach, the recent upgrades. Most appealing was the cost for my stay. All bedrooms are well appointed. "Worth exploring!! - I am planning my fourth straight year at this exquisite condo which is always in pristine condition. It offers spectacular views of the beautiful emerald gulf coast and pure white sand beaches which are only about a three minute walk away. The amenities within are fabulous with up-to-date appliances and extremely comfortable furnishings. The owners do a great job keeping things fresh and new. The enormous decks are incredible to simply enjoy your morning coffee, your evening glass of wine, or just take in the rays while you feast your eyes on the view. You won't be disappointed!!"

"Amazing place to stay - We stayed with three other couples and we were all in agreement that this place was amazing. We had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. Here is a list of what we liked:
1) amazing views: it is the pent house so you could look over all of the beach area and the ocean.
2) spacious Patio: the patio was sepereate from the main balcony with lots of room to relax
3) great patio furniture to enjoy the patio. Like waking up and having breakfast or a cup of coffee
4) views from master bedroom might make you want to stay in bed and just relax
5) spacious kitchen with open floor plan that allows you to talk to everyone, cook and still see the ocean.
6) we didn't cook much, because the restaurant downstairs and the one across the street for breakfast were very good
7) we went in the fall and it was a little chili for the pools but we'll definitely go back in the summer
8) 2 master bedrooms and another bedroom with two full size beds. We were 8 adults and were comfortable and didn't feel cramped.
9) the building and area are quiet and serene. Whether you are there to go to Panama city to party or just want a quiet place to call home during your vacation this is the place to be
