Welcome to Bay Pine 8878! You will fall in love from the moment you step through the door of this home into the open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. Enjoy the private screened-in porch that can be accessed by french doors from the living room and sliding doors from the dining room and first-floor master suite. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has all you will need during your stay! As you sit at the dining table, take in the secluded wooded view or enjoy it from the outdoor eating area on the screened porch with your family and friends.

One of the two masters located on the first floor features a beautifully decorated master suite with a queen bed and sitting area, flat-screen TV and sliding glass door for private access to the screened porch. The adjoining bathroom features double vanities and a soaker tub/shower combination. Downstairs you will also find the quaintly decorated second bedroom that has 2 twin beds, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and its own tastefully decorated bathroom with a walk-in shower and pedestal sink. An outdoor shower which is great for washing off the sand just adds to the convenience of this home.

As you head upstairs, you will find the large and serene master retreat that has a king bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV,  and master bath with double vanities, and a soaker tub/shower combination. Enjoy the quiet of early mornings as you open up the french doors that lead to the spacious and private 2nd story deck where you can also spend time relaxing, reading, or sipping on your favorite beverage. Just a 2 minute walk will get you to Jolee Island, where the kids can enjoy the playground and a treehouse. Just a 3 minute walk further and you are at The Village of Baytowne Wharf where you can find exciting activities for the entire family like fine dining, shopping, zip line, adventure course, rock wall climbing, tennis courts and Marina! The home is about a 5 minute drive or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and the Shops at Grand Boulevard.

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28 acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs and year-round special events.Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
