This spacious 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach house in Destiny East is situated a short walk or ride to beach access! Beach Blast has a main 4BR/3.5BA home plus a 2BR/1BA carriage house, both with full kitchens. The main house has 2 king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa. There is also a king bedroom, twin bunk room, and sleeper sofa in the carriage house. Your group will enjoy gathering in the large 2 story main house living room, or let the kids hang out in the carriage house living area. The large private driveway makes parking a breeze. Enjoy the spectacular amenities just steps away at Club Destiny. Hop on the new 6-seater golf cart or stroll down to the beach, or chill on the serene front porch! You’ll have everything you need and more at Beach Blast!

Gated, upscale Destiny East is a luxurious neighborhood with lush landscaping and an array of amenities. Club Destiny is where you'll find the huge seasonally heated community pool with waterfall. There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court or relax for a show in the clubhouse theater. You can't beat this central Destin location! Walk to Tuscany Italian Bistro or head towards the beach for great seafood at the Crab Trap or Captain Dave's on the Gulf.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.
Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"We really enjoyed this location! We came with my parents and they were able to use the carriage house for a “quiet” space! Lol. Loved the area between the carriage house and main house. My boys/nephews were able to play ball in that area. The location of house was awesome. It was walking distance to pool and pickleball courts but yet away enough to not hear the courts. Also Walking distance to walk path to for our dog! Golf cart ride away from beach access! My only area of improvement would be swifter wet jet the floors! Our feet were dirty walking around the day we came in! Loved the front porch for morning coffee. Back area also had sitting area for evening relaxation. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend for larger extended active family!"

"Great location and plenty of space for big group - We had a group of 10 family and friends staying here, there was plenty of space and the location was great. Walk to the beach, or take the golf cart. This neighborhood was very well kept and quiet, other than the nearby construction of a new home. Close to everything and very walkable."

"Great location and set up - This property was perfect for our group. The carriage house was a great “get away” for the teens. Plenty of beds… everyone had a place to sleep. Also plenty of parking since you are not allowed to park on the street. The golf cart was a great addition since the beach was about 1/4 mile away. Would stay again."

"Great Choice - Unless other places are significantly cheaper, you will be very happy with this place. Home looks better than the pics which looked just fine. Spacious place... with a living room ceiling higher than any I have seen in a house. The separate mother in law suite is a very nice bonus area. Fully stocked kitchen. Just a few buildings down from the community center with a nice pool/ hot tub, tennis/ pickle ball courts, gym, movie theater. Only 0.3 mile walk to get to the road that parallels the beach and another 0.2 miles to have your feet on the sand. Bring your own coffee and possibly more garbage bags/ toilet paper."

"Cameras on televisions - We tried turning on the television in the master bathroom and found it on camera mode pointing at the tub, we feel our privacy was intruded upon. Afterward we walked the home and found 3 more pointing at beds so we covered them My wife and daughter's are ver disappointed and hurt in finding these camera’s. , as for me I’m ticked off I will never rent again nor will recommend these homes"
