"Beachside Villas at Seagrove Beach - My adult daughters and I stayed here for a girls week and truly enjoyed our experience. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The only thing that we had difficulty with was the Wi-Fi. It was very spotty coverage and the TV’s would drop signal constantly. Really though, it was a small issue for us since we preferred to play the games provided when we were in the rooms. Overall, great location!"

"Great value and space for small family. There is a free beach shuttle that runs 9-5 and will take you down to less restricted beach. This is a good option with kids because there is a shallow lake that stops 20 yards from the ocean and is a great play area."

"Cool location at Seagrove beach - The condo association was well-situated. The condo was a short walk to the beach, which was amazing with its sugar-like white sand and the views. The sea was good to swim in, even in late November (o.k, it is a matter of tolerance I assume. The water temperature was about 74 F) The condo was very well equipped with the amenities of a regular home. The appliances were clean, modern and worked fine. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit on the older side, but they worked fine. We liked the nice fluffy white towels.
Some suggestions: perhaps a better starter soap and shampoo type.
Overall, a great stay. We will consider it again."

"The stay was wonderful. It is just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Then a nice dip in the pool after the day at the beach is a perfect thing.
Shops and restaurants are close by. The place was perfect for a couple with a couple kids to have a great beach vacation.

"We had the best time staying here! Location location location and don’t let first floor bother you! It was awesome being on ground level when we made numerous trips to and from the beach for things! The best and very reasonable bike rental right up the street!... you can bike anywhere and have your toes in the sand in less than a 2 min walk!! We would for sure stay here again! The only thing was that we immediately had to stock up on paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. because we only received one of each but it wasn’t a huge deal! 😊"

"Place was clean. Great location. Had trouble trying to get in touch via phone # I was given via email, but the property manager responded right away when I sent a message via email. The new refrigerator that was put in right before our arrival had a screw loose on the handle. The property manager was quick to come and fix it when I asked. The beach is a short distance away and the tennis court and the pool is right next door. Appreciate the extra set of towels in the bathrooms and clean kitchen towels."

"The room was exactly as advertised. It was clean and located only a short easy walk from the beach. The surrounding area provides great dining and shopping options. There's a wonderful coffee/donut shop only a half mile away that we enjoyed every morning! It was exactly what we needed and I'd love to do it all again! Oh, and the beach was very clean and the water was incredibly clear! It's such a great little spot to vacation! I'm ready to go back!!"

"You can’t beat this with the price. I was hesitant and adjusted my expectations due to the affordability of this and the amazing location; but was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay.
The pros:
you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Love that! The condo has a beach cart with chairs and umbrella (the chairs aren’t comfortable and very worn but still chairs so that was nice) I would still recommend hiring a chair service if you plan to sit in them for longer than an hour, or if you weight over 150lbs. // community pool is next door to condo! Pool is heated! // showers have extremely strong water pressure and hot water (not if more than two people take a shower you will run out of hot water quickly) // parking is right outside the door which made it easy to pack in/out // seaside is a 20 minute bike ride (highly recommend bikes faster than sitting in traffic) - food is 6-8 min bike ride away - Publix (grocery store) is 10 min car ride away // Rosemary beach is 15 min drive
Overall I gave our stay a 5 star because you can’t beat the price for the convenience of where the condo is locates
Cons:
None of these made our stay bad and I would recommend to friends on a budget to stay here but are things I would have liked to know when making my decision.
Walls are very thin; would not recommend staying if you like to sleep in, if you are a light sleeper, or if you are annoyed by hearing people’s conversation or crying babies next door or in other rooms.
Sofa is extremely uncomfortable it’s either old or just bad quality. So don’t plan to sit comfy and watch a movies for the night. My husband did sleep on it one night and said it was good as a bed (he couldn’t handle the noise of neighbors lol); it’s really the back of it is hallowed out so no support.
The hot water runs out after 2 showers. Thought it does have super hot water, bonus.
There is only one garbage bag liner so you need to buy more.
So here is a con (but I knew this going into it) there is zero conveniences that I enjoy when renting someone’s home. No spices not even salt and pepper, no laundry detergent, not a single cooking spray. One thing I love about Airbnb or staying in homes is these things are usually left from previous renters etc makes it easy when you arrive to then only need to buy things you need. So prepare to buy everything at the grocery just like you are moving into a new place. *we gave all our things to the neighbors as they were starting their vacation and they were so thankful so big win!!! And nothing was thrown out by cleaners.
All the above didn’t make or break our trip BUT>>>
This was my only truly negative part - there is no space like not even a tiny cabinet to put food in. So if you like to cook like we do; without having to drive to town for every meal. THERE IS NO SPACE TO PUT FOOD AWAY. We had to leave all our food on the counter like all of it; there wasn’t an inch of space in a cabinet to put any food at all. So since there isn’t a dining table and you eat on the kitchen counter once we filled most of the counter with spices, cooking spray, charcoal, lighting fluid, dry food goods, coffee, chips, bread, snacks etc we had only a small place to prepare food. So if you cook-at all be prepared your food will need to be stored on the only counter there is in the kitchen. This didn’t make us have a bad trip but it was for sure made enjoying the condo difficult. Again I gave the condo a 5 star because beach and pool access were great. Love sea grove and it puts you in between rosemary and seaside and right down the street from our two fave restaurants Old Florida Fish House (have the steak bits) and Surfing Dear!!!

"Great value and great customer service! - For us the "Starfish" was a perfect balance of price, location, accommodations, and customer service. We searched everything available, and you can't beat the price we got for the time of year and proximity to the beach and the rest of 30A, which is amazing.
The company that manages this place (Invited Home) is very friendly and really makes you feel like they want to take care of you. We got a nice phone call in advance, and during the stay you can text them with any questions, which they respond to quickly.
The beds and especially the pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and they even had some great tasting coffee there for us. Also, there's a washer and dryer in the place, which is very convenient.
If you are searching for the best value along 30A, I highly recommend staying here."

"Super cute and comfortable condo! - Loved our family vacation at the Starfish-- so impressed! The condo was impeccably clean and the decor is so cute! My kids LOVED the bunk beds in the guest room... the bottom bunk is actually a full size bed, so 3 kids could easily sleep in this room. We live in New Orleans, so this is a very easy drive. We travel to the beach every summer and this was one of our favorite spots. It was a super short walk to the beach and the water is the most beautiful in the area... no high-rises (which is awesome) and powder white sand. We will definitely come again! "
