This beautifully decorated 3BR/2.5BA condo sleeps 9 and features a large balcony with stunning Gulf Views. You can enjoy the amazing views from the living room as well! With a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the first guest room, a full and a twin bed in the second guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a  low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake and the beach access. A beach boardwalk is provided for easy access over the dunes. Community amenities include 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grilling areas, and a lakeside deck. Eastern Lake even offers  paddleboarding. Beach chairs, kayaks, waterboards, bonfire services, and more available for purchase by Spyglass. Seaside is a  short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"We had a great experience staying with our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect - quick walk to the beach, short drive to Publix, and was in a quiet area. The condo offers a complimentary golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach, which was extremely helpful. The condo itself has a TON of kitchen appliances and supplies, so you don’t have to worry about bringing items from home. There were a lot of linens and towels to accommodate our large group. Overall would recommend and will stay again!"

"A get away with family. - First time renting a condo. A different experience but not hard. Overall awesome time! All rules and requirements were we covered in available literature or emails. Only one contradiction. I requested 2 hours early arrival and 1 hour late departure. I was notified that was not available. No problem! I asked about available parking. I was informed my group gets 2 parking passes. I informed my contact person that I had 4 groups arriving in 4 vehicles. I was told there was overflow parking. We all arrived Thursday night. Parked two vehicles with passes and the other two in overflow parking. Parking was not a real problem due to the low volume of people in the units. One car departed on Sunday morning. A security/ maintenance man put a parking warning on my Grand- Daughter’s car and my son just happened to see him. He told my son even overflow vehicles are required to have a parking pass. It worked out ok. We had another vehicle depart so Sunday night we we legal. We saw a lot of parking spots filled with bicycle racks and dumpster. Had I been told that two passes and two vehicles in the parking lot, I could have made different arrangements. I asked for extra passes and was told I could use overflow parking for my extra vehicles. Office and security need to get on the same page. If my Granddaughter’s car had been towed I would have really been upset. #2. Checkout was slightly confusing. No text or email with departure time or bell etc. we talked to the cleaning person and she indicated she would check us out. I also texted our checkout time later in the day to be sure I was not charged $200 dollar late checkout fee. Other than those two issues all was awesome. Plenty of room, beds, furniture and bathrooms! Overall all a great time."

"Place was great. We had two families, 4!kids between the ages of 5-8. This is close to the beach ACCESS however a few new houses right on the beach next to this development have full beach access so you actually have to walk about 300 ish yards to the public beach area so it’s a trek! Luckily it was off season a we were able to post up about 100 yards down from the beach access but heard from locals that during the busy season, the houses have security that don’t let you sit even that close.

Otherwise, well-stocked place at a great price and good location. You have views of the ocean from the balcony, through a few other buildings but still nice!"

"Family vacation - Great location with easy access to the beach. We rode the trolley down to the beach which was nice when carrying a lot of things. The only issue we had was the oven not getting very hot. Overall we had a great stay and would Definitely use real joy again in the future."
